Nice place with great deals. Most of the staff are very nice also. I work with Adults with disabilities and took one of my individuals there to get him a new pair of shoes and the employee Hayden was amazing nice! Didnt ignore any question he asked and treated him with respect. Definitely went above and beyond! Shout out to Hayden!!!!!

I showed up a little early in the season to purchase some winter gloves. I didn't get very far into the store when an employee stopped to ask if I needed help; she explained they didn't have gloves out yet, but she would get some from the back of the store. She brought a couple of pairs out that were perfect, and even offered them in different colors if needed! I didn't get her name, but that is by far the best customer service I've ever received anywhere!

The staff member Emily was really helpful and friendly. We were just checking out the Brooks shoes and didn't really think we would buy a pair. Thanks to Emily and all the information she has provided for us we ended up buying a beautiful pair of Brooks shoes. They are very comfortable! She also helped us buying socks that seemed to have a great value. She seemed to know all the products in the store and helped us big time locating them. If she is already not the manager of that store she should immediately promoted to be one. Thank you.

Bought a set of golf clubs, Dennis was amazing. Re gripped them for me and worked with me on club head angle, even a few tips on my swing.
Bought multiple clubs there and full set of irons.
Great service. When I up grade, when I’m better, I’ll come see him again.

Dennis from the golf shop is an amazing employee. He is knowledgeable for information requested and goes above and beyond any request to give beyond excellent customer services. Great guy and employee all around!

Very accommodating and helpful staff. We were in the Harriman area with family and this store helped exchange a pair of Brooks running shoes that I had purchased in Michigan. One of the best experiences I've had in a sporting goods stores.

The man who helped me (Bryce maybe? I'm bad with names) was very kind and friendly. He knew the products and helped me figure out what was best for me without trying to sell me other things he knew I didn't need. He was very respectful and all around was a great help.

It has everything you need.They made a smart move by taking away the hunting equipment cause Oak Ridge is a hotspot for addicts in recovery mostly felons among them

Great environment and the hunting and fishing department is organized and easy to find what you're looking for the only downside is no coon traps. or Hoyt or pse bows but friendly staff and they're really helpful

Hayden was a great salesman... So helpful and patient. He helped my wife get a pair of metcons he did a great job.

They helped me find and order the size shoes i needed that they were sold out of in store and was even able to ship them to me for free

Great service the associate that helped me was very helpful and found me a really good deal on my purchase.

Nice store, no pushy employees, was asked once if they could help me find anything and that's all I expect. If I need help beyond that I'll find someone to ask.

It's just a great place whether or not you like camping and being active they will still probably have something for you!
