Nancy was so helpful as I walked around. She literally came up to me politely and let me know how I could use the app to better my shopping experience. I was able to scan price tags on my own and see the discounted price without having to bother someone at customer service. Then when I got to customer service, there was wonderful Bertha who was so sweet and kind and took so much care and wrapping the new blazer and jacket I had purchased. Today was a wonderful sale of almost 50% off if not 50% off.

Very nice and helpful shoe associates. Very kind womens clothing checkout lady apologized to two of us in line because we had to wait a few minutes (completely normal), saying she'll be with us in a few minutes. No one has ever acknowledged people as they walk up to get in line to pay. A+! Btw, I was there on Thursday, March 8th, 2024, at about 4:00. I wish I had their names.

Male Representative in the men's jewelry department was very professional. He was very detailed in explaining reserve days in purchasing a men's necklace.

Went there today with my mother and brother. My brother and I had to buy suits for a wedding next weekend. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing. In walks Frank. Frank comes up and asks if we need help, which we desperately did. He ended up helping us select the best suits for a really reasonable price. All-in-all it took about thirty minutes from start to finish and now I’ll be the best looking guy at the wedding. Shout out Frank!

Great place to shop. They always have good deals running on clothes and jewelry. I have purchased many watches there and the staff is always very helpful. Clean store well lit and overall a great shopping experience. Plenty of parking even on busy days!!

I went shopping at Belk's in the Carolina Place Mall for their terrific sales. Not only did I accomplish my mission for my new black handbag, I also found one for spring/summer! Tie savings and selections were more than I expected. If you shop near shoes and handbags, look for Katie she went above & beyond for me. Can't wait to shop again!

Kimberly was super woman tonight! The line was 6 deep and she kept her cool, ordered my shoes, got sizes for others and processed exchanges all with professional demeanor. I only visited the shoe dept this trip. Great sale + charity sale equals fantastic savings on my Christmas gift purchase. When I come back to this town I will definitely shop here again.

Today's visit was great and as usual Belk always offers good quality as well as great sales especially for clothing. I was pleased that the fitting room was available as it saves time when you're able to try on something to make sure it fits.

The only complaint I have is there are very few check outs open to pay for purchases and the ones that are open usually have a line.

However the employees are all very helpful and willing to help when one is available. Belk has always been my favorite store to shop at and hope this bankruptcy does not mean they're closing!!

Had a daughter and mother day where we went to the MAC make.up section. Received excellent service from a young black man who knew his make up.

Found merchandise I was looking for and on sale.

Robin helped me pick out a beautiful purse for my mother today. Her kindness, skill, and warmth were most definitely appreciated. She even got me to sign up for the store card to get 20% off an already great deal. After a HORRIBLE experience at Belk at North Lake I really didn't think I'd ever spend another dime at Belk, Robin changed that with her helpful, personal approach.

Belk in Mathew was Awesome, my online order was ready and Quickly Retrieved. The Store was Extremely Clean, Restroom was Very Cleaned and Smelled Fabulous. Was Totally Impressed with My Experience at Belk Store💯💯💯👏🏾👊🏾👍🏾‼‼‼
