I live around the corner and always stop by here before going to the big chain stores. It's a few dollars more on some items. They're super friendly and someone's always waiting inside the door to help you find what you're looking for

Small Town hardware in medium sized city. Super friendly staff. You must understand that they only have so much room for stock and there many times and parts involved in hardware and home repair. So if your not sure if they have it call ahead and ask. If they don't the staff there would be more than grateful to order it and ship it to store for you. Try getting any pipe in schedule 80 at Home Depot or Lowe's. Or even any item they one of big brands don't carry. They will turn their noses up and say we don't do that here.

Went by today for a plumbing repair I wasn’t sure how to handle. I knew the big box home improvement stores would be useless to me. After a quick search for plumbing parts, Ace came up. I have driven by this place about a million times and never noticed it.

If you don’t want to wander around aimlessly trying to find someone to help you, go to this place. Everyone was so helpful! I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff took me all over the store personally to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He even tried to help me save money on my purchase by suggesting a less expensive alternative.

I feel like this is the best kept hardware secret in Spring. All this time, I have been torturing myself at the big stores. So glad to find this hidden gem. Will be back!

Awesome experience. I had not been here until recently as I usually frequented the larger "box" stores. This store is fantastic. Staff are very helpful. They might not be the largest store you have been in, but they probably have what you need or can get it in quickly and at a great price.

Majority of the reviews are very accurate about this place. Great customer service (they literally walk you to the item you are looking for and they help load heavy items and firewood), and very competitive prices. If you are about supporting your local businesses stop by this place.

I have been a regular customer of Spring True Value Hardware for many years. The store is very well stocked to cater a very wide range of products and equipment. Its staff are all skilled in finding solutions and offering good suggestions. It had a major roll to play during the Houston ice storm in 2021 by providing repair equipment to the many destroyed homes. I thank Vip who is the manager for keeping his shop open so long to help customers in need.

Best hardware store I have been to! Always someone at the door waiting to help you. Appreciate their advice and help with projects we have done. Awesome staff and very knowledgable.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Great people, with an immense wealth of knowledge concerning their business. The employees spent time actively trying to help me solve a problem and didn't stop until they did. It wasn't just for me either, they did this with every customer that needed advice on how to build or fix something. Sadly, places like this are few and far between now days. This is the only hardware store that I will ever go to from now on.

This store has just about anything you could want for your home, as far as maintenance or yard is concerned, and then even more. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and they know where everything is located. This is the best hardware store around, and I truly believe if they don't have it, then it won't be found anywhere else.

In fourteen years of doing business with this store, they have ALWAYS had what I needed for home repair. They seem to know what will solve the problem, especially the gentleman from India. If he lacks charm as has been suggested, he more than makes up for it in knowledge and helpfulness.

A dying breed of hardware store. They carry little high end stuff, but they will probably have what you need. Unlike the giant stores you can get some ideas from the staff.

I've been shopping there since 1991. Great service and knowledge. They've had exactly what I've needed 99.99% of the time. They even have those adapters for wasp spray cans to mount on a long pole.

Great store with kind and helpful employees. Had exactly what I needed that the orange or the blue store didn't have. This is my #1 go to store.
