The Grass Store LLC

I've used Them more than 5 times for my more than ten acres trying to make it into a paradise. We've used approximately 25 pallets of Bermuda and 60 pallets of St. Augustine. I'm not big on leaving reviews, but this is one of those times when it's the right thing to do. Sheree and Tracey have been very fair and very good to us. The install crew has been accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. Pricing is fair, especially considering sod supplies are limited.

It's still a work in progress and a lot more work is ahead of us and much of what we've done is spot work to prevent erosion, but plans to fill it all in are coming soon.

Best quality service I have received in years! The crew that laid my Palmetto sod did an outstanding job as well as locating my sprinkler heads, working even after dark to get the job done. Also, Traci at the front desk is the one to talk to. She knows her stuff! Great, great service.

These folks are outstanding. Great prices, great service - all around we are very satisfied. Nice people. This is our go to place for Saint Augustine sod. Call Cherie or Traci, they rock.

You learn a lot about a company by the way they handle problems.They truly do care and have great customer service. The pallet is beautiful thick grass I can not wait to put it down. This place is awesome! I had an emergency project come up and within a day I received the materials and the crew knocked it out very fast. The attention to detail was not one that I expected when purchasing dirt and mulch, but they went above and beyond to make everything look perfect. I will be using them again and highly recommend them for any dirt/mulch needs.

Owner made things right and make sure to take care of me on my next visit!!! I will continue doing business with them.

This place is amazing! Today I had landscaping materials delivered and installed. The installers were very professional, polite, and such hard workers! Everyone in the office was so helpful and took time to answer my questions and help me make decisions. Their pricing is very fair. This is the second time I have used them in three months. This was my first time using the Grass Store due to buying a new home. I hired them based on the reviews, and that was the best decision ever made. Curtis and his crew were very professional, on time, and fast at getting the job done!!!! The price was very affordable and the Augustine grass turned out to be better that the grass the builders used on the front of my yard. Curtis was very knowledgeable and told me step by step on everything I needed to do once the grass was installed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, and the extra $150 to install my grass wad well worth the money and time!!!!!!! My yard looks amazing!!!!!!!

Although there were delays caused by weeks of rainy weather, the Grass Store worked hard to get my sod delivered and actually sent their crew on a Sunday to lay the sod. The crew was very efficient and the sod looks wonderful. Price and service great.

We purchased Tiff Turf and found the price very reasonable. The staff at The Grass Store are all very knowledgable, helpful, and courteous. We were a bit concerned initially because the grass had sat on the pallets longer than we would have liked, but the staff reassured us and the grass looks better than expected. A big thanks to Curtis! He's very reasonable and easy to work with. Just an overall great place to work with.

Best experience ever! From the purchase through delivery and installation, I couldn't be happier. Everything was as promised. The grass store delivered my order this morning. I was very impressed of the quality of the grass and the very courteous service that I have received from them. This is very high quality grass with thick black dirt underneath, which will help the grass grow well. I am very impressed of their pricing as well. I definitely recommend them anyone who is looking for good quality at the same time cheaper grass.

Purchased a whole truckload of grass and they sent a crew to install for what I thought was a very fair fee. They did so good I will probably order another truck next spring.

Great customer service. Delivery has been prompt and placed grass exactly where we asked. We've had a few loads delivered the last few months and the new hybrid grass we bought was beautiful right off the truck. Excellent customer service from the first contact through delivery.

Drove to the grass store from Galveston area and it was definitely worth it! The man was super professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He also hand-laid my sod in the back of my truck to accommodate a short bed. We specifically wanted a certain grass and the quality was great. I thought the grass was a excellent price & I'll definitely recommend the grass store to anyone whose looking to buy!
