I shopped and found some great deals. They are eager to answer your questions or help you find the perfect shoes, slippers, or boots.I walked out with 4 pair. They are genuinely friendly and helpful.

The store is clean and we'll organized. There is everything from flip flops, sandals, tennis shoes, casual wear shoes, to dress shoes. There is a large selection with great variety of both footwear types and sizes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to the Lansing Mall Shoe Carnival to check out their selection the next time I am in need of footwear to see if they have what I am looking for.

I've been in there a few times, they have a great selection of shoes and the prices can't be beat. And it's close to many other places which is very convenient

This is an great store..Jeannette is awesome and so helpful. I was visiting Lansing from Canada and was looking for a nice walking shoes. After shopping in other stores and online, Shoe Carnival was the right place to shop.
I had many choices and friendly salespeople who helped.
My online purchase was a nightmare!
Paid over $100.00 for one pair of shoes and couldn't return them even though they didn't fit!!
At Shoe Carnival I bought three pairs of shoes for a little more than $100.00.
Customer service was great!

I was here shopping for a specific shoe. 2 really but I knew they at least had the one I wanted most. I found my shoes and on my way to the counter I found the other pair of shoes I was comparing it to and could make my decision right then and there instead of wondering if I made the right choice or not. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the second pair of shoes i was looking for as google stated there were none in the area. They have a very large selection of shoes for everyone. Very happy with my shopping experience here.

I had a pair of shoes, Asics that got a holebin them after two months. They are warranted for a year so I went to the store to get my purchase date. I left with a no cost pair if shoes. The manager Debbie made it right. I just expected to deal with Acics.
