The UPS Store

Sam Aukeman is the manager and has always been very helpful to me and my business. Especially during the holidays. He helps me unload all my packages. I've interacted with other staff as well, who are very helpful as well. Sam is a great representative for UPS Stores.

I’ve been doing my business mail for about a decade at this location- Dan, Nelson, Brandon, Sam (and a few others I’m forgetting)- the whole crew here is so great & helpful! They’ve saved my poor attempt at packaging things more times than I can count. 😁 thanks guys!

Did a fine job processing my package. Easy in and out made this a pleasant experience. System worked fine. Plenty of free parking in the strip mall lot made it quick to get in. Trucks doing deliveries in the back, so they do not clog up the access.

This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Always very helpful. Always help me tape up my boxes where other stores charge money. The bald gentleman deserves a 100 dollar raise he was very kind and gave me a receipt and made sure all my boxes were secure. Will never go to any other shipping store!

I had to return an Amazon product to the UPS store! Walked in! I was next in line! Bam! Done!

I had to pack and ship over 9 boxes that took a VERY long time to deal with (my fault not theirs). The service was A+ and the lovely lady behind the counter went out of her way to help me and took the time to confirm every detail, address etc. She didn't have to go the extra mile, but she did and happily. This is my go to UPS store of choice and they will always have my business. Keep up the great work team!

First off, let me say that the manager Tom is no longer at this location. He seemed to be the reason people previously posted negative reviews. I went to return my U-Verse equipment, and the staff were great. Knew what they were doing, did it promptly and courteously and I was out of there in just a few minutes. There was another staff member patiently helping an elderly gentleman makes some photocopies. It's all good in Gaslight!

The employees at this store are top notch. Been in a few times, and recently made the mistake of bringing a FedEx label in for a product return, and they taped the return label on my box for me and gave me directions to the nearest FedEx drop-off. That’s pretty classy!

I had no issues today with shipping! I don't know what everyone is talking about... The man who helped me was very nice, and he even wished me a merry christmas. My advice is to have your labels printed off in advance like I did, you just have to walk in and drop off. No need for all of the fuss. I will drop packages off here in the future!

I go here for all my packing needs. I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and so I prepay all my shipping. Clerks are always quick, careful and courteous. Great location, highly recommend.

I come here weekly to make returns and share laughs with the bald gentleman. Love this store and it’s staff.
