Switched over to this mobile network from cricket. Cricket was nice but I needed more affordable. Service was nice finding my new phone was easy and the paperwork wasn't harsh at all 10/10 would go back anytime

Definitely can't judge retail establishments, solely on other consumers Google reviews, at least, this has been my experience, & absolutely applies to this location.
Had a phone that I needed help with, getting it connected to my # and getting my info switched from my iPhone to my new Android. Even though the young lady wasn't 100% certain of how to transfer things from Apple to Android, she still attempted to assist me to her fullest ability. She even took the time to help with getting my old Google account entered into my new Galaxy, helped with resetting my Google password, & made sure my new phone was set to back up correctly going forward. Overall, I was extremely impressed & appreciative of the service given to me. Highly recommend this location...!

My short time with boost has actually been great. The customer service is beyond wonderful and their especially hilarious. Im VERY glad i have switched n met these great people. Regarding the posts about them is very WRONG!!!

Can't express enough positive thoughts, regarding this location. I tend to not be the best when it comes to today's technology, which is one of many reasons, I'm so grateful for the ladies at this location. They didn't hesitate to assist me with getting my info transferred from one phone to another when I recently upgraded. I hope anyone that is looking for a Boost Mobile store, doesn't judge based simply on others negative reviews, as in the case of this store, I would have to disagree with them 100%...

Have to disagree with the negative responses I read. Brought my number over from Verizon and was extremely pleased with both, service I received and products I purchased. Would recommend this location to others looking to switch..

I have been with Boost for a little over 20 years St phone number and I love it I think their service is fine their phones are good I just really think boost is a way to go
