This department store (and this branch) provide good service and any savvy shopper doesn't rely on a single visit to guarantee selection, prices etc. That being said, a shirt, jewelry, shoes, jeans and khakis all for less than $100! The staff even made the effort to confirm pricing when the register rang up prices than the signage.

We found the stuffs we need.
The cashier is knowledgeable and friendly. We do shopping @ JCPenney even though their far from our place .
We always love the store.

Their was a young blonde female working sept 1st the service desk. She was extremely helpful with helping my child find what we needed. From now on they will be the first place I shop when needing something they have. Online or in store. Above and beyond customer service.

Needed some new clothes for work. Found 4 pair for only $18. In big men sizes. Also found 4 nice shirts for $22. were better quality than I generally buy. Overall very happy with all the stuff in stock and my sizes.

We had a mix up with scheduling a hair appointment at the salon. We didn't realize we booked at the South Portland location and wanted it in Auburn. When we showed up at the Auburn salon we realized our error. Heather, Angie and Debi were accommodating and Debi stayed late to get our daughter's hair done. Thank you!!

I absolutely love this Penny's!!! We were visiting from out of state and needed swim clothes for the pool at our hotel; Penny's didn't disappoint!!! And at the end of October! I was pleased to find exactly what we needed for my kiddos; on CLEARANCE!! The store is nice and clean and the staff is very pleasant. I wish our Maryland store was as nice as this one!! Well done. They get 5 🌟

Big selection of woman's clothing .Didn't want to use my credit card for the 35 percent off salesman was very accommodating giving me the 30 percent off without my card .Very quick experience in and out , great customer service. 👍

Loved my experience there, how could I not. Was outfitting my girlfriend with some new clothes and had about $300 worth of clothes that after the cashier's friendly advice, coupons and discounts I paid a little over $65.
Needless to say, I am one very satisfied customer and will definitely be shopping there again.

Great place to shop with absolutely no stress. They have enough employees to usually match the customers 1 on 1. This is one of my go to clothing stores...

They're great if you get a card from them then you can use your card and it gives you a point and then you can pay it right off if you had the money but if you don't have the money don't use your card but they have lots of clothes for everybody and and jewelry bras shoes shoes everything

So many items on sale or clearance!!!! For most of my kids back to school shopping done. And paid way less than I would have if I had waited. So very pleased with my experience, as far as what was available and the prices. However, the checkout line was long and there wasn't many checkout counters.

Always great place to shop. Incentives such as coupons etc are big when shopping for many people around the holidays. Associates are always helpful & you never have to look for help re items,someone is never far to answer any questions.Have been & will continue to be a loyal JC Penny shopper.

Great store with nice staff. They had a great selection of Men’s swimming apparel. I am disappointed that they don’t really sell any Men’s Nike clothing besides swimsuits.

I was very impressed with this visit. 2 days before Christmas and the shelves were full of last minute gift items. I also ordered items online for same day pick-up and that went seemlessly as well. Great experience!
