Excellent customer service here. Kyle was very helpful. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed to complete my transaction. He took the time to show me new things I might be interested in beyond just what I walked into the store for. He made sure my phone was fully functioning and I was comfortable with it before I walked out the door.

Connor was great! He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He answered any questions that I had and explained it in a way I could easily understand. You need more people like him. Other rep in the store was very polite and professional too.

Kenneth had a good sense of humor, stayed on task (I'm a drifter), and had excellent product & service knowledge. I felt he genuinely wanted to help me find just the right products for my needs, he is honest and friendly. The other staff were equally friendly, helped each other out, too. I'm glad we went there, I felt confident of their expertise.

Impressive customer experience! I was so very impressed with the commitment to customer satisfaction that Kyle, the manager of the store, provided. He, and his staff, were helpful, informative, polite, and friendly. I don't know if it gets better than that! Kudos Kyle! This will be my go to place for all my Verizon needs.

I've been doing business here for about 2 years. As a novice to mobile phone service, they have taught me volumes! Yesterday, I worked with both Isaac and Kyle. I was able to be satisfied with my choices for new service. Isaac cleaned up some potentially damaging apps I had downloaded to my phone. He also looked over my current plan and was able find a few discounts for me. Both guys are super at listening to my concerns and determined the best plan for me. I will visit more often to keep my devices clean and learning a few new tricks. Great job, guys!

Went to finally get me and my fiancé on our own phone plan and it was great. We dealt with Kenny. He took care of switching everything over, went through basic controls of our new phones and Even got to witness some rude customers making a scene and seeing it dealt with very professionally. Great experience.

I came in needing to make a few changes to my plan and number of lines. Theresa and everyone there were super helpful and pleasant to deal with. They presented all the information and was not overly persistent with selling product I did not want or need. Will definitely go back.

My day started off rough.... with a whole bunch of unexpected things going wrong! My energy when coming into the store was a lot to deal with. Kyle stayed on top of his game plan, dealing with hard to handle customers and navigated around the issues. I work in customer service and am grateful to those who deal with I am having a rough day kinda folk.Thank you for your patience and getting me in the right direction again.

About 10 days go I was having some difficulty with my phone and I couldn't figure out what I had done to mess it up. I went inside and was greeted by Eric. Eric was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could easily understand(I am not tech savvy). After spending nearly an hour and a half with me, which he did not have to do, I left with a excellent working knowledge of how to work my phone and all of the settings. Eric thank you. I appreciate the time and patience you took to help me. You have a customer for life in me strictly due to Eric's solid customer service.

Store was wonderful, very clean. Rodney and Kenny helped out my wife and I while she was pursuing potentially upgrading a phone. Very knowledgable. We ended up not upgrading because of outside circumstances but we would definitly return at a different time in the future.

My phone broke and my usual store was closed due to Covid19 so I went here and Daniel looked at my phone and we decided I just get a new phone, he set me up and was a very pleasant visit, in and out in no time. He wore a mask the whole time, and I felt very safe. Great experience and I love my new iPhone 11

Kyle was professional, polite, most helpful and went above and beyond. We purchased three phones and he had to deal with issues from our old phones and did so like a trooper. I will continue using this Verizon in the future.

Definitely recommend Kenny. I didn't feel pressured to buy, he answered all my questions and concerns, listened to what I needed and directed me to the two best options, and made switching from an iPhone to android super easy. Thanks again, and I'm loving my Galaxy S9 so far. A+++

Connor was knowledgeable, was able to quickly fix my phone when I accidently set it factory reset, knew the offers available to me for a phone upgrade and was prompt with being able to service me on both visits.

Kenny was superb very accommodating. We were behind the times and it took quite a while to get us up to date but was right on it. Answered every question. Great service. Best I've ever had with Verizon.

The staff really took the time to make sure my device was set up correctly and I understood all the features. They made the process fun and exciting. Just the way it should be when buying a new phone

I stopped in the store today after a very unsatisfactory visit to the Auburn Verizon store for assistance with my brand new phone. I acknowledge my technology limitations and wanted help with a new problem of pop up ads taking over my screen at log in. The two young men were pleasant, respectful, and most helpful. They successfully removed the pesky new pop ups. They even helped remove an application that the Auburn representative placed on my phone which simply made my problem worse. I will be taking all of my business to this location. I only use the Auburn one as it is near to work, but the service there does not even begin to compare. I highly recommend this location and these technicians! No longer annoyed!
