I had an exceptional experience at this GNC store, thanks to the amazing assistance provided by Ken. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provide me with personalized recommendations to meet my specific health and fitness goals. Not only did he have extensive knowledge about the products, but he also took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor his advice to my needs. Ken truly made my visit to the store a delightful one and I can't thank him enough for his excellent customer service. I recently got out of a cast for a broken leg, and I am currently using a walker while I rehabilitate it. I talked with Ken at the store, and he laid out a complete vitamin and supplement program (dietary recommendations as well) for me to speed up the process. It has been two weeks now on his program and the results are truly amazing! I am hopeful to be walking again without a walker very soon and back to running again in the near future. It is worth calling the store before you go there to see if he is working because his knowledge of health and health products is incredible!!

Wow! Ken is awesome! Best customer service. I’ve never even stepped foot into a GNC until last month and I’ve been back 3 times since. He’s extremely welcoming and answers every question you may have. Trust me I’ve asked like 100 questions, and he never got frustrated or annoyed. He’s very knowledgeable in what he does, and really goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need.

Ken is the epitome of customer services. He willingly, supportively, & attentively goes above and beyond to make sure customers are good on what they want and need. It’s a pleasure interacting with him as a long time customer of GNC.

I went in last night to inquire about a supplement and the guy working was extremely helpful! He more than answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this location!!!

I went into the store one Saturday out of curiosity to browse around for some beard/hair growth and skin care supplements. I spoke with Ken for almost an hour about different supplements and their purposes. Usually I’m in and out of a store when I shop, but Ken reeled me in with interesting information. Definitely a 5 star experience. I will be returning for more products.

This guy knows almost every answer to every question I asked and gave me a extremely detailed answer with science to back it up. For the one question he didn’t know he simply said “I don’t know” and called some people and found the answer then later emailed me the research. That’s crazy good customer experience. His analogies that he makes are so ridiculously funny and accurate I’d go back to buy stuff just for the interaction. Ken’s ridiculously intelligent he needs his own YouTube channel

Recently went in looking for some pre workout supplements and then Ken took over the show. This man is beyond knowledgeable. He had answers to every question that I could think of and had a great sense of humor. The perfect person for GNC to have at the front desk. He really knows his stuff. Even went home to google some of the information he jotted down for me on a post it note and he was accurate in every aspect. Great guy. Definitely making this my main store for supplements.

. I’ve been at the weight game for a long time and this store is great. Ken was super knowledgeable in body chemistry and nutrition. Very helpful for not only myself but especially for my wife. He wasn’t pushing product just offering knowledge. You can trust this store. Thanks ken

COME HERE and speak to Ken!!!! Definitely an asset to GNC with his outstanding customer service and knowledge. I walked in not knowing he was going to tell me exactly what supplements I needed just by looking at me. The crazy part is that I hadn’t even told him what I was experiencing, he knew already!! Truly passionate about what he does, extremely knowledgeable, the most honest no bullsh*t experience I’ve ever had at GNC. I drive out of my way just to make sure I’ll be given honest, valuable knowledge I haven’t received anywhere else! GNC should make sure to keep him as long as possible as he is truly one of a kind. Glad I visited this GNC and not anywhere else. First I like that all their products are both in-house and 3rd party tested. The person who helped me was Ken. I’ve been to the doctor 4 different times last year with high liver enzymes but I don’t drink alcohol. Ken and I went over my diet and he immediately identified the problem; I’ve been consuming foods and drinks and even condiments that all have high fructose corn syrup which apparently affect your liver the same way alcohol does. He explained the exact process in which it happens. He suggested a very specific regimen of Choline, Milk Thistle, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and something I’ve never even heard of called Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid (had to find this last one online). Cut out all the high fructose corn syrup. My last visit to the doctor was last month and my liver enzymes were astonishing low. My doctor even ran the test again just to make sure. He was in shock to see such an improvement.

Ken’s animal knowledge is that of a long term farmer. My chickens had mites and he made a couple supplement recommendations and other recommendations outside of GNC. Worked like a charm. One animal that own which has been separated from the herd had worms and he recommended these and a few others such as pumpkin seeds, papaya seeds (8 weeks), wormwood and 2 diff types of black walnut extract, blackseed oil, oregano oil, and an antibiotic called ivermectin (which is common) though surprised he knew about it. Animal is worm free and didn’t have to put the animal down which saved me tons of money. Last thing I want to do is dump one of my animals into the compost pile. Also knows a bunch about lawncare determined I had grubs in some patches of dead grass and suggested a fungi that eats grubs not beneficial worms. So trying this out this season. Thanks Ken, enjoyed our conversation.

Went in for some biotin and ended up with more than just that. Ken was the one who helped me and suggested another supplement for me to purchase for working out. I highly recommend anyone in need of assistance with which direction to go as far as supplementing to go here.

Never thought I’d walk into a store where someone could answer the most far out there questions. Thanks Ken for helping me and the trillion questions I had. The most reassuring visits I’ve ever had. I even Googled the things he said and wrote down for me that I wasn’t sure of and it was 100% accurate.

He was very knowledgeable about nutrients and vitamins and helped me figure out what would be best for my specific needs! He took the time to explain why certain vitamins would be better than others. Thank you!

Guy that works here has some serious knowledge on literally everything in the store, Even showed us better options for supplements and things to benefit us, there’s no doubt this dude had done some serious homework on this stuff. Will definitely be returning here again hoping to run into him
