It seems they've made some really good changes here, and it's prompted me to add my review again. I had given a positive review in the past, but then deleted it because the staff was so unprofessional and unwelcoming I felt the 5-star review wasn't accurate anymore. I went in a couple weeks ago for a vape and noticed immediately all the employees were different, how pleasant and nice they were, and they actually greet you when you walk in- instead of sitting in the back room and not saying a word. Keep up the great changes! Good customer service goes a long way

Friendly staff and a lot of choices. They carry a wide variety of products. It's worth a look if you're looking for vape fluid, coils and cartridges to smoking paraphernalia. Easy in and out parking is a plus.

Great products and prices. I buy kratom here. It's 40% off on Fridays and the rewards program is a great money saver. They've also got a great vape selection and some really cool items for your THC smoking needs. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. 10/10, would recommend.

Luckily I went on a Wednesday to buy kratom so it was buy one get one half off! Great selection! The girl working was very friendly and was very helpful! This is the only place ill go to for kratom!

i just gotta say I had an amazing experience with Kat (hope I spelled that right). She helped me find a great new flavor to smoke and a new mod to go with it since my old one was in a drawer for years. Definitely will recommend! Thank you so much again!!!

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST vape store! They have the largest selection of all types of juices and vape products. They're the ONLY shop that carries my favorite juice.

Additionally, they have the friendliest staff too. Every time I go there I am treated exceptionally well. They will help with any questions you may have and make suggestions based on your preferences.

I was there today fully expecting to purchase a new device thinking that I dropped it too many times and it was causing the pods to taste bad because there was no air flow. I showed the person helping me (I really wish I remembered her name) how I have to push the pod forward in order to get the correct air flow. She could have taken advantage of my stupidity and sold me a new device. Instead she cleaned the ventsand interior of the vape. Even though I felt extremely stupid for not thinking of this solution she explained to me what to do and saved me $30!

I never write reviews of businesses. So, that tells you what I think about this place. Thanks Vape & Smoke!

Fantastic team. Great selection. I am greeted immediately as I walk through the door and a team member always asks if I need any help. I know right where to go, so they let me shop without being overbearing, unlike other shops I've visited in the area.

Cool staff..nice merchandise.. every time I come to this spot there's always a sale or some special.,.

I went in to get a vape my co worker recommended. They knew exactly what I was looking for, got me everything I needed and showed me how to make it work. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employees. I am quitting smoking and this is very useful.

This is the best vape shop I've ever been into they are so well-knowledged and honest about everything and are looking out for what you want they tailor fit things to you and help you find the best setup I used to drive 2 hours before I moved up here just because of the workers Chelsea lanisha and Aaron have been nothing but helpful cheerful and just a great environment to even walk into they make you feel welcome soon as you walk in the door I have never had the best customer service anywhere else honestly I wish I could take those three and just have them everywhere I wish more people were like them!!!! 20/20 would recommend

My wife and I have went there only 3 times, but it is well worth our hour 25 minute drive. José made us feel like one of the family on our first trip. Very knowledgeable and will give you 100% of his attention. We will be in NOW NOT LATER😉😉😉

This is my main stop to get my favorite vapes. Every time I’ve gone Chelsea or Aaron are always so helpful on what new flavors I might like. I definitely have found several I love that I would have never thought I’d like. 😍
