Harbor Freight Tools

Decided to give this new location a visit as I usually go to the Mishawaka location. Went to get a couple items and get my free stuff for being a inside track member. Store is very organized, everything is displayed very well, and wasn't pressured by and sales associates. Was greeted as we walked in and was asked if we needed any help. At check out, had some questions about ordering some tool storage boxes and Jonathan was very helpful and informative with my questions. I will be making this location my go to know. Look forward to my return visits

Our family traveled from South Bend to see how the new location is and it was great! Upon arriving we realized we had a flat tire and it honestly was the best place to get stranded. Purchased the lug nut needed to remove our tire and Cody the manager even loaned us his tools to help. There were multiple employees involved in helping and I cannot thank you guys enough! We will definitely be returning 🙂

Called in this morning and Angel was super helpful. As soon as I walked in she had exactly what I was looking for ready for me and rang me out. I was in and out with everything I need. Great customer service from Angel. Extremely polite and helpful.

The store is very well layed and organized. Its brand new so I hope it stays that way. Staff are also friendly and helpful.

First time at this Brand New Store in Niles Michigan, employees were kind, friendly and helpful and the store is well organized.
