Just wanted to shout out Vivian for her exceptional service! She patiently helped us find what we needed and even fetched items from the back. Her friendly demeanor made our visit super enjoyable. Thank you, Vivian!

The store was clean and presentable. Staff friendly as well. The real bonus is that they have a public restroom for customers!

This place smells nice. They always get me with the soap & candle deals. Everyone is always so nice. They now offer you paper bags to shop with that you take home with you, because covid.

Amidst christmas chaos, the staff was super helpful. in and out with exactly what I was looking for! It was an introverts dream 😅

This is a beautiful location with an extremely friendly staff that's  ready to help. They answered every question,  and I was able to pick out some good stocking staffers for my peeps. I will be back to visit again.

I like this back and body works normally, because the customer service is always on point and everyone is always so kind and helpful and there's always lots of stuff in stock.

But I specifically want to write a review for it because were it because this person named Bryan who was so helpful and let me use his phone when I have forgotten mine in the car and current find my ride. I'm so appreciative of this, thank you so much!

Everything was so neat and the staff was just as sweet as the candles

Though service at BBW at all locations I shop in the area is good, the team today at this location was great. The floor team was checking on folks, answering questions, and making suggestions, without being overbearing. Greeter was friendly and checkout team was courteous and fast. I was tempted to pull a Karen and ask for the manager, just to compliment her/his leadership and to commend the team.

Love this location. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Absolutely wonderful customer service! You're greeter at the door by employees ready to help! They always have great sales as well. The store is a little small, but I don't mind especially when I don't want to deal with the traffic of the mall.

Love this store, I went for candle day the employees were so good with all the people waiting in line, they would answer any questions we had, talk to us to see how we were feeling and getting us excited about getting our candles. Once inside the store they Did not disappoint. They deserve so much more than 5 stars!!!

I love this store it's just expensive for me and it seems they use sales as a gimmick. The service is great I found the stocking stuffers I was looking for and they had a great selection of candle scents with plenty of stock, which was weird since their online stock seemed out.

Bath and body works never disappoints! They always have great merchandise that smells amazing. The prices are fabulous/ make sure to get on retail me not to take advantage of the coupons online.. I love bath and body they always make for great gifts and there scent lights up my home😄
