Being haven't not expected to go through so much for trying to get a phone for a sister who is stabilized in bed. The sell young but tried to sale me a $800 phone with $85.00 dollar a month payment for service, plus, $16.00 amount for phone for 3years it was mind boggling. She only told me only about the price for the phone payments only not the service. So once I found out on other I canceled an still they charged me fees for shelf time another $60.00 gone for within 2 days having the phone. This place I will never go to ever again. Sister on a fixed income, couldn't afford this an I surely wasn't be able to. So no this experience was not good standard for any Seniors on short income an try to lot u into something with out tell use the whole story. No thank.

I visited this location sunday to get a new phone the guys there were great. They made me feel really comfortable and helped with ordering my new phone since it wasn’t in stock. But the overall experience was really great. They were very knowledgeable and helped me with picking out a new case and accessories that would best fit my needs. I was well taken care of at this location. I had an unfortunate accident that cracked the screen of my phone, and i was considering switching anyway. My experience here definitely proves that my choice of moving from Sprint/T-Mobile to AT&T was the right one. Luis went above and beyond in making sure I not only had the best phone option, but the right accessories. Also, while he may have not succeeded, I do appreciate that he tried his very best to help set up the transfer on my old phone, which had a cracked screen. Jose also took a shot at helping when Luis ran out of options, which was nice of him.

I was helped today my three individuals: Matthew, Nicholas, and Samantha. All three were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I left with a new phone and a new watch. They even provided me with additional discounts because I work in the healthcare field and am a nursing student. 10/10 would recommend this team for all your AT&T needs! The new management is fantastic!

I came into this location looking to upgrade my phone. The sales associate who helped me was Thelma. She was very knowledgeable and patient as she explained the differences in the phones I was deciding on. A very charismatic person who was able to turn my poor mood around and improve my overall day. After choosing a phone, she helped and guided me through all of its features and settings, explaining all the features, how they worked and a general overview of the capabilities. She helped me pick out a new case that would stand up to day to day needs in order to protect my phone, flawlessly installed a glass screen protector and was able to transfer all of my memory off of my old phone. Her good mood, customer service, extensive knowledge and overall helpfulness turned my errand into a pleasant experience. I am very satisfied with her support and my overall time being assisted. If my grandmother needed a phone I wouldn’t bring her to any sales rep other than Thelma.

I came into this location after spending 2+ hours on my laptop trying to switch over my number and order my phone unsuccessfully. Tiffany was so helpful and professional and stayed with us to help every step of the way. It took over an hour and even another call with her the next day to finish setting everything up. We had so many obstacles and setbacks trying to switch from t-mobile but Tiffany was excellent and fixed everything for us until we finally had our phones and lines set up. Will definitely be going to this store in the future for anything. Great service!

I was struggling with customer service and another manager at a different store. I called the store and Nick immediately offered to help when no one else took the time. When I went to the store he patiently (very patiently!) completed all my requests. Nick is an incredible employee for AT&T. Thank you Nick.

Walked in unknowing what to do as it was our first time setting up a shared phone plan, was greeted by several employees, but was approached by Sandy. She helped us efficiently and effectively, ended up leaving with an upgraded phone after she stated how much credit I’d get for trading in my old phone. She wasn’t over the top or underwhelming as well when it came to conversing about our prices or contract, probably the chillest sales rep I have run into in a long time. 10/10 recommend going here cause the vibes were also Immaculate

Amazing customer service. After visiting 3 other locations we finally called this one to see if they had the phone my husband wanted the galaxy z fold. They did, and they held it for us until after we managed to pick up our son and make our way over there. They were then super helpful at getting his previous phones information fully transfered over.

Ana and Andrew were very helpful with an issue I had with a new line. Ana helped first and gave me everything I needed to know. I had to return later with my husband and Andrew helped finalize our decision. They both provided excellent service and we are very pleased that all our concerns were resolved. I even left out with a better phone and a great plan.

My wife's phone was backed over and destroyed. She uses it daily for business. In a panic we went to the store this morning for hopefully a replacement. Matthew helped us and was so professional, courteous and reassuring to us. What was an awful time before we arrived, we left with a new phone and restored appreciation for customer service that seems rare in our world today. Please keep hiring more employees like Matthew

Thanks to Ms. Shamarian for providing great customer service on 3/19. She is very professional, impeccable work ethic and knowledgeable of her job. Service was provided efficiently and timely. Ms. Shamarian is patient and insured I understood my plan changes and answered all my questions. She is definitely and asset to AT&T.

Alexis Diaz was an exceptional help. I came in to upgrade my phone and purchase a set of wireless earbuds. She did more than just that. She showed my dad discounts that he was eligible for and provided us with information on the international daily pass if we decide to travel internationally. I recommend anyone who goes into that store to ask for her. She is a great help to others.
