AT&T Store

Purchased 2 new phones people are really helpful but you better be prepared to spend a lot of money. We did not expect the costs To be so high. We like the new phones but the cost is ridiculous! Every thing has to be purchased separately from the phone. It came with a very short cable, but no charging block. For what these phones cost, there should at least be a charger with them. Oh, I don't even want to talk about plans. Buyer beware. Still, as I said, the people were nice. Nuff said...

Solid customer service from both Josh while setting up our initial plan and from Heather on uploading discount eligibility documentation on a subsequent visit. Staff are very knowledgeable and actively work to help save you money whether it's working a trade-in or one of the many discounts available. Store is clean, open, and inviting. Customers were treated professionally and courteously. Hours are good. They are all on the same sheet of music here and it shows.

I had an excellent experience with the amazing representative Nadia. The manager of the retail store was also very helpful and very supportive with the services that I requested. I was more than pleased with the other discounts and help that was given.

My phone was messing up badly! The employee helped figure out why and was able to correct it quickly. My simcard went bad and they replaced it.

Joshua Swindle was very efficient & professional. I didn’t have to sit around & wait on anyone. Multiple ppl were actually eager to help me. Thank you, Josh!

Matthew T was super friendly & knowledgeable. He did a great job. Very pleased with this store. Several employees came in to assist with customers abt 20 mins after arrival. the timing of my arrival was just not very good as there was about an hour’s wait.

On Saturday, August 5th I had problems with my iPhone 14 and iPad. Went to the local AT&T store. Matt was the associate that assisted me. Within 5 minutes he had corrected both issues. Matt was very professional, kind and patient with me. I appreciated Matt’s assistance so much! Matt went above and beyond to solve my problems. He made this old gal’s day!

I am well pleased with AT&T I’ve been with them for nearly 25 years. Also we live across the road from a 5G tower so that help. Can’t get AT&T high speed Wi-Fi where we live I’m happy with a hotspot and good service

Heather was ready to greet me the moment I walked in the door. She did amazing job by helping me paying my phone bill and telling me I am ready for an updated watch. I would be recommending her from now on and to my friends and family.

Highly impressed with how well I was treated. I will never use anyone but Ethan. He was so sweet and helped me beyond his means. There was a customer while I was there being very rude And he handled the situation way better than I would have. They way that customer acted made me want to leave and even after she said she would call in and give a false statement he still showed her kindness and was very respectful. Very professional person.

Best experience I ever had at this ATT store

My husband came by and wanted to get his information from a iPad transferred but the rep said they couldn’t do it. I called and spoke with assistant manager James and asked him about the transfer and why it couldn’t be done. He told me come back to the store and if he’s gone come see Collin. Just so happen James was still there and he made the process very speedy and his customer service skills were great. He let me know he only been in that position for two days and he was learning the location. I really don’t know who all will see this message but that young man was truly a blessing and I really thank him for everything. Great manager and attitude awesome

Natalie was a great help during our transaction today! She was friendly, knowledgeable and fast, and helped us get the best deal! I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to deal with getting new phones. Highly recommend!

Kaytlin was awesome. Her customer service skills were on point. She was very helpful and thorough. She assisted with setting up the phones and picking out accessories for our new phones. She even applied coupons that saved us money on our accessories. I highly recommend her for purchase or help with a new phone.
