Needed to fix one tire on the trailer, but found a bulge on another as they checked. And addressed the hub oil leak on the steer.

I'm very happy to have stopped here, as because they were thorough, I caught a problem in the future that was coming my way.

Came in with an air leak at the last minute after all parts stores and dealers around were closed. Bill and his afternoon crew diagnosed it right away. Found out it was a quick release valve. Bill offered to pick it up in the morning on his way in. Meanwhile they accommodated me into one of their reserved parking spaces for the night. The morning crew were very quick to fix me up and send me on my way. Thanks Bill and his whole crew. Highly recommend this shop. Very professional, focused, knowledgeable, diligent crew.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! After having a major problem w/another store I got exceptional service here. I am a very loyal person. When you find a shop that actually has integrity, & are honest you HAVE to stick with them! I’ve had 8 tires replaced here before, & haven’t had any issues! Always polite & honest people! Today was the gold star service though. Bill, the manager, went way above and beyond to get a correction done that was done at another store. Normally you don’t get managers doing that. They throw it off on their employees. So, it’s always good to see an actual manager exhibit the type of service a customer should have! Although, I had to go through the ringer w/the other store but Bill actually got things done! For that, I am grateful! Forever will be my shop!

Awesome people and very honesty!! Even though my brakes on my trailer wasn't installed properly by the Southern Tire Mart in Atmore Alabama!! The Southern Tire Mart at the Pilot Flying J in Hope Hull Alabama was honest and told the truth that the brakes was never installed correctly and should have never happened if they were.

Had a couple coolant issues. Webb got both taken care of as well as a PM that had an issue. They fixed it without any problems. I highly recommend this location.

I had an suspension issue. I checked into the shop this morning. They looked at it. Told me what was wrong. I told my company about it. I was waiting longer for the authorization than the actual work. They were prompt with the repair work. Now I am waiting for my paperwork. I will suggest this business to all of the truckers. Canoot recomend it enough thanks to Bill that guy really came out for us good service and all ,they repleced the radiator on one of our T680 i think it was the fastes ever replacemn amoung our fleet so far
