Today I put the employees to the test to see if they cared. We were looking for several items today. We struggled finding things alone. I was not feeling well at all and did not want to be anywhere but home. Rarely are any employees wandering around looking to help the customers, so as my husband was looking for envelopes, I asked him if he found any. I said it loud enough for the lady to hear. To my pleasant surprise, Janet, from behind the counter immediately responded by not only asking if we needed help finding something but took us all the way across the store to find it!!! Engaging with us along the while!!! Nice!!! Then, Kayla??, cute girl with long hair was also very, very helpful engaging and super nice checked us out completing our trip. So happy to get friendly and genuine helpfulness and kindness in a time when so many just do not seem to care! Thanks So Much for caring!

I purchase at OfficeMax a lot for my business as a Realtor and they are always so helpful and ready to assist. When I order online they have things ready quickly and are great at bring items to my car. Love them.

I had a great experience here today. I had ordered some printer ink online to pick up but I accidentally chose the Tomball location. The manager Jessica helped me cancel the order at Tomball and matched the online pricing for the inks. Thanks for the great customer service 👍

Having an establishment of any type, is made better by the people who are there. This is one of my new favorite places because everyone I encountered was fantastic and seemed to actually enjoy their job! My rating is a 10/5!

Austin were very kind and helpful. They were able to help me right away and took care of the issue I was having quickly. They both were very polite and knowledgeable. I have yet to come across a manager like Brian without arguing over an issue. He wanted to make sure that I was taken care of and I truly appreciate his generosity and professionalism. I highly recommend this location (I did not receive the same treatment at other locations).

The store manager and her team are great in customer service and providing product information, they ensure I get my materials or copies on time with an outstanding service. They treat you with respect and take their time to hear your needs and help you to get the product you're looking for or a similar item with the same or similar specs.

I had a great experience with the printing department. The employee helping me had a great attitude. He was very informative, patient, and helpful. I got all of my documents printed for a reasonable price.

I only needed my invitations printed in the next couple of days but he went above and beyond to print them in AN HOUR! He does a high-quality job in a very timely manner. Will definitely come back to this location for all my printing needs. Thank you, Zach!

Great store. I could print with no problems.

The staff here was so helpful and kind, the woman assisting me at the printing station was great, as was the man who was greeting when I came in. The paper quality is very good, honestly would rather drive out to print things here than deal with my own printer lol.

I ordered a Christmas gift via curbside on Christmas Eve. The store closed at 5pm and I was going to make it until 5:10pm. The sweet girl at the store (I can’t remember her name!) walked my gift out to me even after the store closed. I felt like such a jerk, getting to the store late on Christmas Eve, but it was such an essential gift, I really needed it and I wouldn’t have been able to get it if it wasn’t for the sweet girl working extra hard, even on a holiday. Thanks again!!!

Great friendly service by the staff. When greeted I told the young lady what I came to purchase. She took me to the back of the store where the DVD blanks were. Now that was great service.

Great customer service even when they seemed understaffed for the time we were there. It appeared to be high traffic and their team was helping us with everything we needed. Even an HP rep who was there visiting, helped us with questions and getting some things we were looking for.
