Great service, clean waiting area, and reasonable pricing. I went in for brake pads, rotors and wheel bearings. I showed up at 8am and they took it right in and were done in less than 90 minutes. It's convenient to have a shop like this in Bushland. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We blew a motorhome tire about 12 miles away from this store. The staff went above and beyond to get the necessary tires from their warehouse to get us back on the road ASAP! Had our rig in and out! Very reasonably priced as well! Can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend this store!!

Had a tire come apart just before Vega. We called a place in Vega, but they didn't have our tire and they recorded Lone Star. Jr. Was there in less than 30 minutes. He got us set up and we went to the shop for a matching rear tire and a balance. In and out in about 30 minutes. Had 3 of the nicest men working on it. Justin checked the air pressure in our truck and our Jeep, which we are Towing. Such great men. THANK YOU ALL

Hit a pot hole on our way to Phoenix and bent a wheel. Their staff went to the extent of calling friends to find a wheel, pick it up and install it in less than 3 hours. Service like that is something you rarely find.

We are traveling from North Carolina to Arizona State for a family emergency and needed to have our tires balanced. Stopped by here, they got us in right away, super friendly, efficient, to the point, and affordable!

Great service and very comfortable and clean waiting area! They came to pick my car up twice while I was at work to repair my flats so I didn’t have to mess with it after I got off. Really great people!

Phone line was busy bc of phone service provider but took the chance of going there & everything went great. got me started right away. Swapped out my blown tire for my spare. When my tire blew it bent my mud flap bracket, they torched it & bent it back good as new. I drive semi tractor trailer. Good price. Good timing. Cool people. Nice location. New business. Friday 11/18 about 10am I got a low air indicator on one tire - having driven over 1000 miles and through a couple of accident areas I was concerned so I searched on my phone for the closest tire shop. One of the closest was "Lone Star" just off the "40" so I hoped I would be lucky. Not only was it open but appeared to be thriving, but they still took me in immediately where two young guys worked on the suspect tire of my Black GLK350. It was only a 6 lb. low pressure, which they determined after removing tire and immersing it (old school) in water - NO holes. They were courteous, Texas friendly and great representatives of your business and Texas. Thank you for being a great, fair and well run company with outstanding workers.

They were extremely kind and willing to help me fix my car despite needing more specific repairs. They explained the problems extremely well and had my car returned to me faster then all the competition in Amarillo. Overall, I'd say they are probably the best auto shop in the panhandle of Texas and I'm definitely taking my car related business to them going forward.

Great customer service & timeliness! Traveling had 2 blow outs on our trailer outside of Amarillo. After calling 2 other places thankfully they had the 2 tires we needed in stock & sent their service truck to our rescue. The driver was professional & friendly & got us taken care of. When we got on the road we had a 3rd blow out & he had already decided to follow us back into town just in case we had any other issues. We appreciate & are thankful for your help/ service today.

Awesome local shop that has never let me down. I have taken numerous work trucks there and they have always done an excellent job. I recently took my personal truck there, same outcome. Awesome group of folks that work hard for the customer. I will defiantly be back.

Had a flat tire on a 4-day roadtrip alone with my two kids. Lone Star Tire fit me in right away, fixed my tire, and allowed me to repack my car in their shop (out of the ridiculous wind). Thankful for them and their friendliness!
