AT&T Store

Associate Joanna and Manager DJ are simply the best! We came to this store after a horrible experience at the at&t store in Spring and had a completely different experience here at this one. Thank you so much Joanna and DJ for being so helpful and providing exceptional customer service! They went above and beyond to help us. Manager DJ even helped Joanna over the phone after his shift was over. It can be so easy to be nice to customers, instead of rude. The associates at the Spring location need to come train at this location and take diligent notes!

Came here as I’ve had issues with my new iPhone 15 Pro Max order and Matt the The store manager was very helpful although we had no success with what needed to be done as there’s issues on the back end of AT&T customer service. I would highly recommend using Matt as a fellow rep in this store, Messed up my initial order as I am now waiting almost 3 months to finally get a phone that I have yet to get still get . If you’re gonna come to this store . Highly recommend only asking for Matt.

The sales rep Jordan inside the store was super helpful and explained everything with my phone . He fixed my problems and did very for me ! Very polite and probably the Best service I've had in a long time .

The store manager at this location was absolutely professional as well as supportive. His name is Jordan. I have had the very best customer experience in this store because of Jordan and his associates Yohalmo. These men are definitely positive and productive representatives for AT&T. I am beyond grateful for their service.

My watch stopped working and they were able to get me a new one for a good deal! Very happy With my new device and the customer service I received from Pablo T. Everyone was very friendly including the supervisor and Daniel. I would definitely be returning !

I came into att to get new sevice and Jonathan was no good help and yohalmo was a great help and he helped me so much with everything i needed.

It has been my pleasure to deal with Matt and the members of his team. I appreciate the level of dedication they have for each customer who walks thru the doors. I personally witnessed Candy help several customers on a Sunday with multiple issues not related to this store. I myself had Don help on an order issue that I had previously been to three locations to try and get resolved with no help. Don went above and beyond to try and assist in every way possible. I appreciated the fact that both Candy and Don did not try and pretend they had all of the answers to my questions and neither of them guessed at an answer instead they leaned into help from the manager Matt that researched and found a solution. I personally had spent over 14 yes 14 hours on the phone with every single department at AT&T with no resolution. Thank you Team for the exceptional job.

Pablo toves was probably the sales guy I ever witnessed, but he took care of my family and I I will definitely tell people about the great customer service Pablo toves give he goes above and beyond for the customer.

I don't care what deal they have online I will now always go (in-store) see Candy to buy anything wireless related. She actually took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted and then helped me purchase it. The service was efficient and genuine. Thanks Candy Ill be back by on payday to get those ear buds:)

P.S. AT&T needs to give Candy a banner outside. If you don't know that store is hard to find.

Taz was absolutely fantastic! An awesome employee with great personality and people skills. Even though the store was really busy he managed to stay calm and make every person in the store feel as though they mattered and their situations were priority, answered every question and very knowledgeable. Thanks again Taz! Would suggest this location to any AT&T customers.

The store is well organized, friendly staff. Both Matt and Sterling have been wonderful in helping me get my purchases and telling me about new deals. I will come here every time I need to make a purchase or have a question. Give them a raise!!

Matt was extremely helpful by listening unlike the call centers. Told him I had to change my billing address…. The call centers would loop me around and say, “you don’t need to, you’re paperless”. Matt is about moving forward and getting things done right the first time. Linked all my accounts and I’m leaving happy.

My salesman was Pablo and he was so sweet and helpful to me yesterday. I really appreciate his speedy service and the care that he showed toward me.

These guys helped me with my phone and I absolutely love the service over at this location! I always recommend my friends and family to this location being that Jonathan works there and Bryan. These gentleman always handle my account with ease and are always educating me on things I need to know about my account in order for me to save money and continue the great service that I've been having with AT&T for many years! Keep up the good work you guys!

Both the guys here were awesome. Unlike other stores they help everyone at the same time. Took the normal 3 hr plus cellphone store visit done to a quick process. Defiently will be back again whenever i need something.

Sterling, our ATT sales consultant was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions and was very informative. He patiently walked us through the entire process for replacing me and my wife’s old IPhone with new ones, while providing exceptional customer service. Thank you Sterling!

I've been working on starting my business and decided to get new lines at AT&T. I was able to get help from the manager Jon and he was able to set me up with a few new lines. I work on music and was impressed by their selection of headphones so I decided to purchase that too. Overall, I am really impressed by the knowledge Jon Paul had and I thought that he took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. I will be coming back again.

My phone got ran over, luckily Taz was there to help. Even tho it wasn't his job he gave me some advices on what to do. Thats why I always come to this att store. They have the best employees!

Kevin was amazing!! I came into store to deal with my service being turned off due to a $1000 data usage overage charge. My bill was not past due but my service was turned off due to this large charge. He called collections for me. Worked through everything for me for over an hour on the phone w collections Dept. I left store with my service restored and saving money by Kevin updating my plans and switching to Direct TV. I can’t say enough about the customer service- Kevin went above and beyond for me today. Even through my emotional breakdown I had when I first got there due to the large data charge he remained calm and sympathetic and was like let’s figure this out and he did! I will be recommending this location and Kevin to everyone I know! Thank you KEVIN!!
