Dollar Tree

I was at this store about a month ago, late evening. It was paaaacked. Nonetheless, they were still treating everyone with respect, not once giving anyone attitude, because the lines being so long (it wasn’t nor will never be their fault!), they were greeting everyone and smiling… then it came my turn…

I had a lotta items to buy and on top of that a bunch of balloons to get inflated. Not once they were mean nor say anything that made me feel uncomfortable, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘩 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮, 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘵!

I was sooo overwhelmed with their kindness and patience that I wanted to tip them, and they refused! I gave LaToya like 5 hugs and told her how thankful I was for their ahhhmazing service!

They went the extra 100 miles to get things done, and I cannot express how thankful I am to know that we have this kind of service in the neighborhood!

So if yall visit my ✨bougie store✨ be 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥, 𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮!

PS, and also, give them a raise!

Unlike other dollar tree stores. I am very impressed how clean this store is. You have to check this store out.

Memorial and Kirkwood location of this bargain shoppers mainstay. This is one of my favorite locations because it is kept very very clean. Tonight I walked in and every shelf, display, endcap was in perfect order. Wow. You cannot say that about most dollar store. The manager and staff care about the store and their customers. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Bonus Tip: Grab a bottle of wrinkle releaser. For $1 it is a bargain and works beautifully on shirts, jeans, sheets, and anything you want to have a freshly pressed appearance.

Stopped in to get some things for work.i shopped for a while and then got in a long line. There was only one cashier working , her name was Yolonda and she was rocking it. She was so polite, happy and smiling. She worked hard to take xare of each and every person who was in line. She apologized for the wait, said thank you to everyone who checked out. Having been someone who worked in retail for 30 years, this is not always an experience you get. Especially since Covid. I truly did not mind standing in line because she was such a pleasure to listen to. Finally she got help and instead of going to the other line I waited to say thank you to her for being so positive when it could have been easy to not be during that experience. I have to say there were two managers working who let her work like that for a good while and then finally got on a register. I made sure to knock on the office door to tell them what an amazing employee they have in Yolanda. Thanks for making my day Yolonda!!

The most organized and cleanest Dollar Tree I know!

I love it at the Dollar Tree store I don't care what location I always find cool things. When I'm stressed and wanting to do retail therapy it's not too bad on the wallet either as long as I avoid the $5 areas lol. Most of the time the employees are great too.

I’ve been to different Dollar Tree stores in Houston. This store is by far the most neat and organized, it is always well stocked and clean. As another review stated, the only negative thing is when you check out at the register.

It was clean ,service was prompt I ran in for eyeliner in a hurry staffed helped and super nice

My husband and I went to this dollar tree this evening and had a great experience. He even made the commentthat this was the most organized dollar store he has ever been to. We both walked in separately and we were both pleasantly welcomed by a nice gentleman. I believe his name was Ronald. He asked if he could help us find anything and really appeared to enjoy his job. He also quickly appeared when he saw that we were ready to check out on lane 2. We look forward to our next trip!

Absolutely amazing experience all the time the cashier by name if latricia (spell check 😅) is always welcoming and good conversation, compare to, to all the Dollar Tree's this place is creme de La Creme I would recommend the aisle are always clean everything is always in place the fridge always stop everything is good here, note for other's.

I love coming here because of the wide selection they have to offer and the name brand items you can find (ex: prego pasta sauce, honey nut cheerios and Pillsbury cake mixes) also sometimes you have to wait a bit in line but most of the time; the cashiers will attend to you pretty quickly.

This is one of my favorite Dollar Tree stores. I know that may sound crazy, but I do shop to decorate offices and such. This one is always well stocked and organized. Staff is very friendly.

Preparing for Hurricane Harvey the lines were long but I expected a line as Houstonians prepared ahead. Overall the store had all that I needed and a large stock of water. Excellent Customer Service!

This is by far the cleanest, most organized and friendliest Dollar Trees I've been to. Way to go location manger and staff. I happened to be in the area today and I will be back even though it is out of my way.

This is the best Dollar Tree I have been to! It is the most clean, organized, we'll stock store to shop, and the staff are the most professional, efficient and friendly. Kudos to the manager and staff!!!

This store is much better maintained than the other Dollar Trees in the area. Their shelves are stocked the attendants are pleasant.
