Fantastic awesome folks here!!! Super friendly and helpful!!! I recently spent 11hrs in their parking lot when I had to unexpectedly had to rewire my whole ignition. It wasn't an overly hot nor cold day, but they checked on me frequently, offered tips, suggestions and advice. Loaned tools to as needed and were extremely polite when they or someone else needed those tools as well. All things considered, a wonderful experience....except having to rewire my ignition. Truly awesome group there!!!!

I just wanted to say a sincere Thank you to Amanda Karm. My husband and I have a car dealership and transport service in Conroe, Texas. On April 5 2021, one of our trucks ran out of gas in a little town(Dobie) out side of Buffalo, Texas. We called the O'Reilly there in Buffalo just to purchase a gas can to somehow get our driver gas and back on the road. (Apparently he wasn't paying attention to the gas gauge). We purchased the gas can over the phone and she (Amanda), took the gas can, went and got gas in it and drove it out to our truck and driver. She also proceeded to follow him into to town to make sure he got to the truck stop ok. She voluntarily done this on her own time and then refused any money for the gas she had purchased. Amanda, you really helped us all out that day by doing such a kind act and not looking to be repaid for your time or the gas purchase. I really don't know of any other parts store that would even do something as generous as what you did. Come to find out, she is the manager there, which impresses me even further. I hope O Reilly knows the Extraordinary person that they have at their Buffalo, Texas store!! From all us us here at Franklin and Sons Transport and Montell Enterprises in Conroe, Texas, Thank You!! I just want to thank the people at O'Reilly's for helping me out today on getting that part for my Dodge neon they were really helpful today I appreciate it

The alternator went out in my truck. It was extremely difficult to remove the pully from the alternator. I then went to the O'Reilly store to see if there was a tool I could use. I bought the tool only to find out I needed a Impact drill to remove it. How about the store clerk called her husband to bring his Impact drill up to the store to help me. That was very heart warming and kind of her to do something like that for me. Like I'm a complete stranger in fact the entire staff in the store was extremely friendly and kind. That really means alot, by far the best experience I've had in along time. I am truly thankful.

I was on the road about 4 hrs from home when my alternator went bad. Barely make it there and was getting ready to buy a bunch of tools I didn't absolutely need but they let me use a cart full of tools. Was the best people.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've seen in a while. The two ladies went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle and even a gentleman who was not even on the clock at the time pitched in as well. Thanks to their knowledge and recommendations I was back on the road and made it home without incident.

The workers at the Buffalo store are awesome! A big shout out to Kendall who brought my part to me after she got off b/c i didnt have a way to pick it up. Thank you so much.

Im a travel nurse and unfamiliar with the area.. The battery in my Expedition bit the dust! An employee from O'Reilly came to the RV park where I'm staying, charged the battery so I could get to the store for a new battery. Service above and beyond!
