La Michoacana Meat Market

I live in the heights for 25 years, I've been a regular customer at this location over 20 years, the employees in the kitchen very pleasant and very professional, One the lady name Rose who been working at this for 18 years . Wonderful person we be came friend , when she started working there.
But I have very small problem with the cashies several occasions I have wait up to 15 minutes for them to arrive to open the door too the store the time is 6: am , I have several photos of location ,
One of those photos are outside of store at 6:15am and sign that says open is not on and I have to be to work at 6:30am which is 15 minutes away I been last on several occasions because of that very small problem and situation.

I live in Sugarland but I work same what near this location and I enjoy most definitely sending time at the location it's a daily ritual for great amount of years in my life 🧬

Came to pick up marinated fajitas, queso fresco, tortillas, rice, salsa, and an avocado and I got everything and everyone was super nice. I even got an aloe drink as a treat. Made my day!

beautiful, colorful, little market that has a nice selection of fresh fruit. veg and meat.

the taco counter is the true star tho, especially breakfast tacos.

Very fair prices on all meats & the produce they have also good pre-made salsas, good deals on beers 🍻 staff is friendly & attend to you quickly 😀

They had 5 turkey necks and 2 bags of giblets that they were going to discard. They sold them to me for under $2. Everything was very fresh ... and everyone was VERY nice! Thank you ❤

Great taco bar- nice selection for meat and salsas!!! If you love to grill.. you must try Marinated beef short ribs and fajita! Also the pastor is delicious!

It feels so honey here. It's a smaller location. It's definitely a meat mArket but on the weekend it's barbarcoa and menudo time!

Ask for the barbarcoa at the hot food section and pay for it by the pound at the register, order more food like menudo by the side, add tortillas, and some rice and take it back to the counter to get everything else. You have to get horchata too. It's usually a family weekend breakfast routine that ice done with my family since I was a child.

There are items available that are of Hispanic origin. There are piñatas, cookingware and beer to choose from. I love coming to this meat market.
