AT&T Store

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable about products. Helped me get my phone back in order after it acted up after an update. Laura helped us with our purchase and our phones. Close to eateries and gasoline. Close to interstate and route 60. Hours are til 8pm.

Customer service was great. I met with Cody who helped me to get a service plan and phone that is best for me. He went beyond staying overtime just to solve my problem.Thank you once again, Cody.

Laura and Brittany are complete rock stars. Helped me with my upgrade, suggest accessories to compliment my 15 pro, ensured I had insurance and next up, and even though I wasn't interested, made sure I knew they had tv service as well. Both are prime examples of model employees!

Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable about all products. I was helped quickly; she upgraded my cell- transferred all my info- & ordered me a new watch in no time at all. I would be happy to visit the st albans location again and be pleased to deal with Amy again!

The store associate, Hunter, was very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional during my visit. He was eager to help in any way he could. Couldn't have asked for a better AT&T store associate.

Bridget has helped me out a few times & she is the sweetest, most helpful person there is! I recently switched to AT&T & she has made it a great experience. This isn’t even the closest store to where I live but I’m gonna start coming to this location.

I just want to commend the manager Cody R at store no. JE94 for his absolutely EXCELLENT service today. He successfully separated my ex and myself from a bizarre online account entanglement that we'd been trying to solve since MAY.

Went today and Sydney young was our salesperson and she was very helpful and informative. She explained everything to us and made sure we were okay with our new phone plan before we made any deal! Very sweet lady.

Laura is the best, she knows her stuff and went above and beyond to fix all problems ! I live over an hour away and thankfully found her!!! Yall go see her she's the best!

I had issues with the last manager Anna at AT&T St Albans in the past. But the new manager Cody was wonderful and fixed the problems she caused. Jazmyne was also great and very helpful!

I had an excellent experience at this store. Madyson was a great help. She upgraded my plan and it saved me $$. Although, there was a maniac customer on steroids doing push-ups in the store. He was playing inappropriate recordings on his speaker phone For all to hear. He made it a very uncomfortable place to be. Other than that, I give my experience a five star rating and I will recommend this store to my friends.

Came in today as an out of state customer. I typically handle all my stuff down in Georgia. I came in wanting to get my Paws phone line added to my account. The AT&T customer service representative was great! He answered all my questions and made the transition very smooth. 10 out of 10 would recommend this store.

Manager Manny has been a God send from the start. He walked me through when ordering phones and with just a call helped solve our activation error. Came to him in store due to a billing issue, he was very thorough, explained everything for us to understand, went above and beyond to correct the issue and was very considerate dealing with the rude inconsiderate lady for at&t on the phone who was not helping resolve the issue like she should. I highly recommend the AT&T store in saint albans & anyone to see Manny from the start of opening services to the end and everything in between. He’s amazing at what he does! Thank you very much Manny for helping me and my family!

My salesperson Laura went above and beyond to help me at AT&T.
Ultimately it was up to the Samsung Company to help with my issue, which they did not. Wanted me to mail my phone in and be without one for 7-10 days while it would basically be dissected for flaws.....I doubt your company would go broke by replacing my phone, but what do I know 🤷🏼‍♀
I just purchased this phone, brand new in February 2022 and it has had several issues.
Long story short, I'll never buy another Samsung product period.

Laura is I of the hardest working people I've had help me with my phone problems it took us hours with the insurance people.

Sydney at ATT in St Albans is awesome! We came in close to closing time and she still took the time to help us with a new IPhone and phone plan as well as an upgrade. Thank you for your patience and support!

I went into this store with an issue I had been trying to get fixed for months and Haillie stepped up did everything she could to fix my issue and made sure I was very satisfied. I will definitely be shopping exclusively at this location from now on. Everyone should visit this store and ask to speak to Haillie or anyone of the people who work there as they will make you feel like family and do what ever they can to make you satisfied

I stopped by your store the other day, I must say it was the nicest people I've ever met. I traveled from Indianapolis just for a new pair of Samsung headphones and a GoPhone for my side chick because the ole lady be suspicious with 3 lines on her phone bill. The guy at the front gave me a top and said save my side chicks number under State Farm because Jake wouldn't make her suspicious at all. Such great advice! Thanks again ATT

Chris was most helpful. Very knowledgeable and much nicer than the other representatives at att stores ive been to. He was fast and courteous with helping me solve the issue i was having. Chris rocks.
