Tim went above and beyond to help me. I had to stay at the store and he was very patient. I am visually impaired and he was my eyes for me. He even offered to pay for my label when I couldn’t get my card activated. We need more great people like Tim!!!

I just wanted to share my experience on this Sunday.I walked in with a return and didn’t have my packaging together. Tim was amazing. Great customer service and really patient. Really just enjoyed his presence..Way to Go Tim!!😁

This UPS store is the closest to my house and they have a fast and great customer service. They maintain the store's cleanliness and always greet you as soon as you enter.

Always great service. The staff is so kind and always willing to assist. If my packages are too heavy or too bulky for me to carry; the associate(s) always come out to my car and help carry them inside (me never having to ask.)

Took my aunt to the store location for her last will and testament to be notarized. She had just suffered a mild stroke not too long ago and didn't have eventhing properly organized as we got there. The lady that helped us was so patient and helpful beyond normal. Very friendly, patient and professional. Also, she was kind enough to discount the service about 15%. Great environment and definitely good vibes. Will not hesitate going back to this location. Don't believe me. Visit this location and find out for yourselves. I appreciate the professionalism. I am able to send my items off with peace of mind and confidence that my packages will be shipped promptly & safely. When I step into their store on any given day, I can expect a warm greeting and to be treated with the utmost respect & kindness - customer service goes a long way and is one of the reasons I will faithfully patronize this local business. We received excellent service. We were greeted in a friendly manner. Cashier, Sneha, was knowledgeable. She was fast in completing the job needed. She was very helpful. Pose a professional image throughout the service she provided. I will come again.

The gentlemen at this location are true gentlemen. Always friendly, helpful service. I often do Amazon returns here and I’m the annoying customer that shows up 5min before closing, and yet they still smile and help me out. I have also used their notary services. They’re the perfect one stop shop.

This store has very personable and helpful customer service. The store is clean and organized. I have been having some print work done recently and it has turned out beautifully. I enjoy going into the store to get my work done. The employees are patient and knowledgeable.

I love this Ups store, it is one of my favorites in Houston! They have the best customer service and they are all so welcoming and friendly. Most friendly UPS store I have ever seen. The store is filled with ethical, friendly, reasonable and qualified employees. Always ready to give a helping hand. Even during busy hours they are very composed and friendly.
