Dollar Tree

Was looking for an item and found it, but wasn't happy with it. So bought something else ( a drink). Otherwise customer service is awesome & cheerful......

I love shopping here. The cashier's and stockers were very helpful and friendly. I'll be back soon 👍

Very friendly staff. Plenty of selection and great prices. It’s also well maintained and is very clean and organized, as some other Dollar Trees are not.

Mrs iris made my visit to the store a pleasure she was so friendly told me about some really cutie new products. She upsold me once she heard I was just impulse shopping lol. But I love my new stool.

I am very happy with my shopping experience today at the Northline Commons location😊 When I walked in I was greeted and treated very nice. The store was well stocked on a lot of the things I was looking for, and some, everything was arranged very neat and the store was clean. The manager Iris was very sweet and helpful as well. She made sure that I was informed about the items in the store and that there would be more inventory coming in soon. Iris deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service👍🏽I will definitely be returning soon! Everything I need in one stop.

New management really shows!! The staff is clearly working hard to turn this store around. The place was always a mess, nothing was ever stocked properly, and there was a literal hole in the ceiling at one point.

You could usually find the essentials, but had to accept that this location was a victim of the neighborhood.

However! The new staff and manager are always super friendly and welcoming. The manager makes time to chat with every customer in the building and went out of her way to make product recommendations. Not to sound pessimistic, but I am simply not accustomed to this level of outstanding service from this location.

I really like it and I hope that the staff and manager don't go unappreciated. Please be nice to these young ladies, they are clearly trying so hard in such a tough neighborhood. 💙💙💙💙💙

Friendly professional employees, but the store was poorly stocked and unorganized.

Have been shopping there a lot lately, all the employees are so friendly!! and every time I am in the store I experienced the Manager I think her name is Iris, Always check n on the cashier's for help and breaks. She several times came up to take customers so they could get a break or go home.
This caught my attention because she is always busy putting items out herself but stops to ck on them.
Yes I am in there for long periods of time shopping! lol

They lady's at the morning shift had made graduation balloon bundles. They were very helpful on making them and helping us out to get what we need for a party. The lady's did a great job going out there way to help. Thanks lady's 5/22/20 around 9:30am

They always have everything in stock, better than the Other locations nearby

I get speciality items i cant get from other stores. Like Pear tree soap, Pam spray, Aluminum baking pans. Its a great comfort to shop at North Line commons.

So wonderful I’ve been in this store several times already every time I check out I have sales associate Nia she is such a pleasant person she’s always asking how I’m doing and she just brings such a wonderful experience to buying at the dollar tree very sweet and nice

This is hands-down the best dollar tree ever! Chris,Yvette and Jose Are on their game. I’m going to call in the A-team. stop in and let them make your day the same way they made mine

I went into the store looking only spend five to $10 I end up spending a lot more than that the store manager Olivia or assistant manager I wasn't sure help me out tremendously this kind of stores have bad rap for people not one to help them with anything but she changed my outlook on these kind of places I will continue to shop there for my Halloween and Christmas needs in any other holiday decoration I may need or any other reason I may need to shop there thanks dollar tree

Got some weenies from here my 2 year old son and his dad ate them same night my baby threw up white foam a handful of time by the time we got to the E.R he was throwing up yellow stuff and then my husband atarted throwing up aswell cant even feed my baby hole foods right now do not buy atuff from here they mishandle products n sell expired food

U can always find what u need at Dollar Tree. Right now they have seasonal swim accessories & school supplies out.
