What a great little business this is. I purchased a king size headboard for my wife and I and I was thrilled at the quality and the great price for the piece. They have lots of great pieces of furniture all of great quality. This is a great treasure for this community and everyone in East Tennessee. I drove all the way from West Knoxville and it was well worth the drive. Thanks for the great service.

Incredible selection and great pricing ! The owner seems to try really hard to accommodate her customers and goes the extra mile. It’s hard these days to juggle both in person sales and online inquiries but they seem to be doing it right. I just read a previous review blasting Smoky Mtn Treasures dnd reminds me there’s always that person who just can’t be satisfied .

When I first bought something from this store everything went well. I was one of their first customers. I saw another item that I wanted on their Facebook page and asked for them to hold it or put it on lay away. They refused and stated they don't hold or do layaway. So then, on the same day I messaged them back and told them I will just come in person and pay cash up front instead of them holding it and they than stated that someone was already looking at it and wanted to use a credit card and they are trying to get a hold of them before they sell it to me. So basically, they are "holding" it for another person yet they could not hold it for me even though I literally just said I will come pay cash and can head that way. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing.
