We were looking for Keen sandals for my aunt who is in town briefly. They have stopped with their in store retail business and on a rainy day, as their internet was out and we just stopped in, they were very kind to accommodate us to find a pair of sandals for her, and succeeded. Received a “happy” surprise gift from my daughter, who lives out of state, on Saturday! She purchased a pair of Adidas Terrex Eastrail hiking shoes for me from OutlandUSA through Amazon. Shipping was amazingly fast because they arrived 6 days earlier than she expected. The fit is perfect and I’ve already been hiking in them. I loved the way the treads grabbed on to the loose rocks and soul on the steep portions of the trail. There is plenty of room in the toe box too. Lightweight and a nice design/color. I highly recommend these hiking shoes!
I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice note from the company inside the box and realized that they are located about 20 minutes from my home. I will definitely take the time to visit their store and do some more shopping!

Outland USA has a great service and very reasonable pricing. Encountered few issues with the checkout pages few times before but now the transition is pretty smooth and they have warnings for international transactions.

Ordered Tilley hat at considerable cost, but on a modest sale. Confirmation received, credit card charged, order shipped. Wrong size received (original order checked). No answer or answering machine at given Customer Service number. Email sent, automated response received “We understand sometimes things don't look as expected or fit quite right.” I gave 2 stars because I actually got an answer within 24 hour even if it was non responsive/automated. Two days later I got a full response with a promise of exchange at no extra cost. Replacement received and correct size. I’ve raised my review to five stars and revised my feedback thanks to good and fairly speedy customer service

Ordered a pair of Haflinger shoes that ran small. Arrived in breakneck speed! VERY easy return. I appreciated the customer service and fast shipping, plus working with a smaller company than the big shops, so I ordered the next size up and boom, here they were on my doorstep again in record time. Despite all of the negative reviews I saw beforehand, I took a chance with this site purchasing some rather expensive sunglasses. Nevertheless, my faith was was not betrayed, and my item came in in under 3 days (shipping said it’d be around 5). I was easily able to contact their team when asking for shipping and tracking details, and Mr. Vincent happily made what I asked for happen. I encourage people to disregard the copious amount of people slandering this site because of my more than positive experience.

I screwed up and ordered the same item twice. I sent customer service an email alerting them to what I had done and the next day they replied and refunded one of my orders. I was able to purchase an item that was no longer available on the manufacturer’s website at a good price. It arrived in just a few days.

Helpful and considerate when I requested a price adjustment. I purchased online during a Saturday, only to see the price lower just a day after, which just made my heart sink. And being that my item shipped first thing on Monday, before my email was answered, I thought it was too late for my request to be considered. So it was a pleasant surprise when they emailed me back and refunded me the difference, even when the price went back up. Other than the late reply (which may be impacted by the COVID situation—I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt), great service!

There are lots of bad review floating around on the internet about issues with shipping items out or receiving incorrect items about this company but I decided it looked legit and went ahead with my order anyway. I ordered a Filson Mackinaw Wool Cruiser Jacket which normally retails practically anywhere for almost 500 dollars. Not only did they have it listed cheaper than that on their website, but I also was able to use an additional coupon code and got it for less than 380 dollars total. This isn't the kind of product I would have expected to find for that kind of price anywhere and I even struggled to find a better price on eBay. While the reviews online had me a little nervous about ordering such an expensive item from them, I am so glad I did. It shipped from Tennessee to Ohio in about 3 days, arrived in perfect shape, and fit perfectly. Maybe those reviewers really did have issues but I certainly didn't and lots of recent reviewers seemed to have no issues as well. Very happy with my purchase and I will keep them in mind from now on when I buy outdoor gear.

Recently ordered a roof rack through Outland. Unfortunately USPS missed completely on the delivery, however the service at Outland jumped in right away and took care of everything. Extremely responsive, and even went the extra mile to send me a return shipping label when the item arrived unexpectedly. I highly recommend this company, and will be looking forward to doing future business with them.

I have to admit I was skeptical of this site because of the deep discounted price I found on a pair of costa sunglasses. They were running a special close out price that was an insanely good deal. I took a leap of faith. And I have to say I was extremely pleased. They shipped the product out the day of and it arrived within two days. Authentic and great quality for a great price.
