I personally had an amazing experience. We bought a fridge and a stove. 2 days after the delivery and install the total price went down. We called the store, Alex told us to come back in. He took care of us and issued a refund for the difference. We're so happy with the level of service Alex provided us. Thank you!

One of the best outdoor centers at any Lowe's location. They had everything I needed to finish upgrading my firepit patio and surrounding yard. The staff was helpful and offered to load my car.

Lowes employees on Monday 1/22 were AMAZING! I wish I got their names but everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. There was an older gentleman, a former landscaper turned Lowes employee, a lady with an English accent I believe plus everyone in the rental department (morning and night). I had to get drainage pipe, rent a bobcat and a truck. Hands down best customer service in a long time!

I am doing a backyard renovation and the gentleman that was a former landscaper told me everything, in detail, of what was needed. The older gentleman showed me where every drainage item piece was and the lady showed me how to hook them together. The lady and gentleman in rentals in the afternoon were amazingly kind and patient showing us how everything worked. The gentleman at drop off was very professional and thorough.

Y'all should be proud of the amazing staff you have that helped me yesterday! Many thanks to this crew!

Great service in the garden center! Very helpful to have someone load my car up for me with all the fertilizer and mulch I bought.

Huge thanks to Harold Fernandez. I purchased (12/27) a new refrigerator from the Fort Mill location. Due to a system glitch, they had to ring up the extended warranty as a separate transaction. I was asked to call Lowes to combine the new fridge to the extended warranty. After countless, frustrating calls talking to a robot, I called Fort Mill and asked for assistance.

Harold stepped up and took care of everything, with constant updates, and a clear resolution. I was impressed and that's hard to do. Excellent customer service is rare, so thank you!

Not much more to say about this location as opposed to any other locations. Always have what I need for the most part and the people are friendly. I go to this location a lot.

Paola in the paint department was very helpful, attentive and kind! Omg, I wish all employees could be so personable. Give her a raise :-)

I like the product mix. Usually find stuff that home depot doesn't carry. For example, mosquito dump for killing mosquito larva.

The store is organized and Mike Gray was a huge help when it came to helping me find certain items.

Shout out to the night crew, on 10.27.2023, around 8:20 pm 8:50 pm! I Love to patronize business when the employees are pleasant and the customer service is above what is considered "average" these days. Every employee I encountered spoke and asked me if I needed help. The warmest smiles I' ve seen all day!

We came to pick up mini flagstone and Nalen and Trudi were extremely friendly and willing to help us with the loading process. We previously went to a different retailer where we had to load the stone onto a cart and then onto our truck without any offer of help.
We are very grateful for them, made our trip so much more efficient.

I would give 10 stars if I could based off the customer service I received from Wes Bliss the past two days!!!! I needed to purchase appliances for my new home and definitely was stressed about it, Wes took his time and explained differences between washer, dryers, and fridges. Wes was so informative, patient, and helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed. I will be back for sure to make more purchases based of the exceptional service I received!!! I normally stay away from Lowe's but this Lowe's in Ft. Mill was amazing today! I made purchases in appliances and gardening/yard equipment. The lady that helped me in appliances was great and the 2 gentleman that helped me in the mower section definitely went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional! Thank you! It's a bit out of my way but this will be my Lowe's of choice moving forward. Great customer service!

I purchased some appliances on Saturday and Wes, the Lowe's employee, that assisted me was amazing. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. But beyond that he made you feel comfortable and at ease. Which made the choices and transaction easy and stress free. I really can't say enough good things about the service he provided. By the end we left smiling and talking about the great experience.

Because of Wes, i can honestly say,, we will definitely come to this store before shopping anywhere else for home improvement.

This was our second Lowe’s location visit in one night and the service was great! Ordered online about 20 minutes before we picked up and we were barely in the pick up spot for 5 minutes before an extremely friendly staff member came out, greeted us, and loaded our purchase… in 23 degree weather! Well done Lowe’s!!!!
