Kamal was so kind and helpful, there was a package drop off I misread that needed to be customer packed. He let me know that I needed to have a different box and not the manufacturer box for Amazon to accept. I went and grabbed a box at home, he actually recognized me and made my process for return so much easier. I appreciate the above and beyond information he has given me to ensure amazon took the return back.

The service at this UPS Store (Celanese Road, Rock Hill, SC) is wonderful! Each time I enter, I am greeted with a smile and a welcome before I’m even fully inside the door. The staff clearly work long hours consistently, yet they never seem too tired or too bored or too busy to greet every customer in a lively and welcoming way. Great location for a UPS store and it’s a new store design! It looks amazing! Super clean, everything you need within reach, and the staff here is incredible. They are happy to help you with whatever you need from shipping packages to mailing letters. They have everything you need here to mail a package off, including tape, bubble, packing, boxes, and envelopes. This is likely the most convenient location in Rock Hill, I have to say. I went today (Christmas Eve) and door didn’t open. No worries! Employee came running out apologizing for the door. She was in the midst of closing but welcomed me in to do my return. Employees like her should be appreciated. I left with a smile and great experience. Thank you Mausam!

This UPS STORE is the neatest, cleanest store I’ve ever been to. Well placed business in a busy location, staff is friendly and pleasant and they took care of my Amazon return in 30 seconds! That’s what professionalism looks like! It’s rare nowadays. I would come back here if I lived closer.

TFL CHARLOTTE first of all your behavior to my employee was violent and abusive by throwing stuff on his face from our office supplies section that's why he said he will call police. you had a spectrum device which he scan and did his job correctly but you was not believing and forcing him to sign on blank paper, god knows for what. also the package was ready to go and you came after some time and create a scene and offer a money as well. your wife was keep on saying SORRY again and again and embarrassed for your behavior. still you want to write a bad review online and lie then it's ok.

The best UPS Store I had ever visited. the staff here is so supportive and helpful.
I reached at 6:45PM in evening and store timings are till 6:30Pm. But guy named Manan is so good that tho he closed the store . he opened back for me and helped me for my shipment which was so important to me.
this guys are awesome. will be coming her for rest of all shipping I do in future

Omg! Been driving all the way to Dave Lyes looking for UPS store. Finally have one on Celanese. Not only close to my home but open 7 days a week. Can’t ask for more. Staff is great & will use again
