I went to Walgreens to get my pictures done. I had trouble causey phone was broken. The Manager Steve & an employee I did not get his name they were very helpful. They went above & beyond. Thank you guys for all your help. I really appreciate it.

I was vacationing in the area and I’m very prone to poison ivy, which unfortunately I got a bad case of it. My DR sent an electronic RX to the pharmacy near the resort I was staying at. I called the pharmacy and spoke to DeeJay. She was amazing making sure she had all my updated personal and insurance information and update accordingly. Deejay informed that they would have to order one of the RX for next day. I expressed concern that my poison ivy progressively get worse very quickly. As professional and friendly as Deejay was she told me she would call around to the other pharmacies to see if she could track down the medication that I needed. I’m amazed after an hour she called me and told me she located the medicine and transferred both medications to the pharmacy that had the medicine that I needed. After my first dose I felt immediate relief form the itching and now can enjoy my vacation.
I can’t thank Deejay enough for her quick action and professionalism!! She truly went above and beyond her job duties and for that I’m extremely grateful!! She is a huge asset to the Walgreens Pharmacy!!

I had the nicest experience at the kings highway Walgreens they were so helpful and kind.

De”Johanna at Walgreens was awesome and saved the day! I had a virtual visit appt with CVS that morning. The doc forgot to send half of the RX to the pharmacy I discovered after walking to CVS. When it was finally sent a few hours later it was sent to the Myrtle Beach CVS and a Charlotte, NC Walgreens! Needless to say this was no help since I was in MB! She jumped in and had them all transferred, no problem even after I offered to go to the CVS for the other portion. She said “no problem, I will transfer it here.” I was so grateful as I felt bad from a sinus amd chest cold and was running around trying to get my car from the dealer (also delayed, wrong and terrible service), had been in an Uber all morning, and half of my day was wasted on other peoples mistakes. . It happens, I get it, we are human but she was a Godsend today!!!Thank you Dejohanna, you saved the day! GREAT SERVICE, give her a raise!!!

Great store. My sister and i were visiting this store during our vacation and rang up by the lovely Deanna. She made great conversation with us and helped me sign up for the Walgreen’s reward program. She was super friendly and informative and I appreciated her. We also found all the items we were looking for since the store was so neat and organized.

Amazing customer service and selection of items. Went in to redeem a coupon for a shower gel and left with a few things that I know I did not need, but so wanted! Especially with the prices of some of the beauty items--they had tons of stuff on sale!! Tina, who was working the beauty counter was such a great help! She was so kind, patient, and funny! I could've hung out with her all day, she was such a joy!

Definitely recommend coming here not only for your pharmaceuticals, but for your beauty and food items as well!

These people were great!!! I had to transfer my script from pa and no problem at all with this Walgreens. I would definitely come back here. Hannah the tech is super efficient. Whatever she is paid is not enough.

Great staff and EVEN GREATER PEOPLE IN THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT!!! If I could drive hundreds of miles to grab my prescription, I promise you I would. Kayla (the pharmacist) was super pleasant and caring… and made sure I could get my pills quickly while on vacation. Linda (tech) was also super nice and kind. They literally made me feel like family. With all that’s going on in the world (race issues), I promise you they put a huge smile on my face and helped me believe there is hope!!!! I will be back to visit and I will stop by. I am tired of all you complaining on these reviews about the Pharmacy and rudeness, If you had gotten your shots from the beginning, You unvaccinated people would not be "rushing" the Pharmacy in Droves!! The staff is NOT rude, They have had only 3 staff members that are "qualified" and Certified to work the pharmacy. That are giving shots, fulfilling Regular prescriptions and handling the paper work that Each and Every one has to read First and then sign. You think You are the Only one calling, they are getting 50 or more calls a shift. 3 staff members for the Entire day is all that is available. Don't forget that Staff Also gets sick! Stop complaining when you have NO Idea how hard it is for Pharmacy to have people working 80 hours a week. Next time, get your Shots when they are first released, because when you don't, Don't get mad at Walgreens, You are the one's that waited to the last Minute, Period!!

Brian that works in the pharmacy was so nice and incredibly helpful. It’s employees like Brian that give Walgreens a good name. As a Canadian travelling here, Brian deserves to be recognized for going the extra mile and helping me out. Thank you Brian and I wish you all the best! The pharmacy is lucky to have you.

What wonderful customer service.
Dyanna was great. I came requiring a Covid Test for travel abroad.

She went out of her way to navigate the complex system and arrange a test for me the same day.

That kind of customer srevice is difficult to find these days and exemplifies her dedication to quality customer service.
In addition there was a really good vibe with all the employees who knew how to have fun while taking care of customers and helping to make the whole experience better.

I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this location very highly.

I now use Walgreens for all my drug store needs. Very nice helpful people work there. I just hope the Walgreens at home is as nice and helpful as the ones down here in NC. And SC. Thanks

I stopped in for Orajel and cigarettes. They had both items I came for. Good job, walgreens.

After a terrible experience at the CVS down the road we went here to get crutches and a brace for my husband who broke his foot on vacation. The pharmacy staff here was helpful and professional, and the store was well stocked and organized. Thank you to the pharmacist that went out of her way to help me get the appropriate brace.

The store was well organized and the cashier was very helpful.

The people here actually care about you. Lynn or Linda or something similar in pharmacy is an angel and will do anything to make you happy and your day better. The workers will go out of their way to help you find something. They may get busy at times and be unable to help you right away but they never ignore you or are rude.

Tina was incredible at this location, she recommended the most amazing products and got me hooked on me new favorite scent! She was so friendly and helpful and was absolutely the sweetest!!! Thank you Tina!!🤍🤍

Walgreens always fills my prescriptions in a timely manner and goes above and beyond in making sure I know they’re ready.

Every time I vacation here, I come to Walgreens for the ins and outs that I tend to forget. Every time I come here there is great staff, as well as a new outline of certain products. It's always a wonderful experience here.
