I Scream Candy

I popped in here to buy a gift for my son. The staff is helpful. One of the other shops had candy that expired in May hanging in their store. Thankfully everything was in date here. An employee made her cleaning rounds while we shopped. It was a well maintained store.

Flavor and fun - this was a great experience! The rolled ice cream is icy cold and delicious. I loved the Jones soda & laughed at the other "unique" flavors. My 10 year old loved filling up a stuffed animal with whatever candy she wanted. It's on the pricier side, but worth a visit while on vacation and better than the other candy store in town.

Edit: The owner personally reached out to me, and apologized for the inconvenience. He even offered to compensate us for the troubles caused. Overall, my view on the service improved tremendously, and I can see how much the owner values good service.

Terrible experience. I ordered three rolled ice creams and waited about an hour just for three cups of ice cream, which is ridiculous because only two people ordered ahead of us. They don’t call out the names of the order which makes it really confusing to know whose order it is. Staff didn’t apologize for the mistake of giving our order to someone else.

There are lots of candy shops around Myrtle Beach, but we picked this one to have rolled ice cream. It was fantastic and the guys working were so enthusiastic about the different options - for once, an ice cream place didn’t have a tip jar and we wished it did. The flavors were so good (Salted Caramel was our favorite!) and the portion size was good too!

the ice cream was delicious! The service was amazing, the one girl doing my ice cream, nozima (not sure if i spelt that right) was so funny and kind. Made the experience so much better.

Folks are always friendly and courteous here. The owners are fantastic as well. For fun, try the rolled ice cream, watching them make it is fascinating and it tastes wonderful.

We got the triple chocolate rolled ice cream! It was amazing and the kids loved watching it be made. The staff was very nice and made the experience fun!

I give it 5 stars just for appearance alone. I haven't tried nothing in here yet. But if your a kid at heart this is the place to go

Hello, we’re visiting from Hampton Virginia and wanted to have some fun and experience some news things we haven’t before. We walked into I Scream Candy and Lj one of the ice cream artisans did a great job showing us how it’s made and just working his craft!! We were in awe and recorded the whole thing, it’s a must have and definitely a place where you get your money’s worth.

The store was amazing, the staff very helpfull and I tried the Roll Icream and it was so good.

The ice cream was good and my daughters ice cream cone was so huge she got cotton candy and 2 ppl could share that. We also got candy if u are looking for a certain type of candy this is the place to try

I rarely ever post reviews, but for someone who gives good service constantly deserves it. This is my family and I’s third year coming in and it’s now tradition for every time we visit Myrtle Beach to visit Lj at this shop.
He always remembers us when we come in, he’s always friendly and does a great job at making sure he’s the best part of our day and a memorable part of every trip every year!

We have stopped in for candy many times, but thank God my granddaughter wanted rolled ice cream! We got the Banana/Strawberry combination! It was out 9f this world delicious!
