UPS Store 4413, 1735 Heckle Blvd, Rock Hill: All the employees at this location are the very best, very nice, and always considerate, They are fast, well trained, they take their work very seriously and it shows in the results. I trust them 100%.

Today I went there to printed out one paper for my application appointment request, and
My time is very urgent for the appointment. We have been helped by the guy(sorry for unknowingly his name) he helped us out as soon as possible. Thanks god. That’s the kindest person in the world. Thank you. And thankfully the Ups store has hired such friendly and professional people.

My experience in the UPS store was amazing. I went in the morning needing to get copies made, Tristen went over and beyond to help me out. Customer Service was great!! We need more people like her.

Went there today to get something printed out and the associate that helped (unfortunately i don’t remember her name) me was super friendly fast. She printed out what I needed and didn’t charge me. Thank you 😊

I do my best to leave good reviews for companies that treat me with respect and courtesy. This UPS Store is amazing and the customer rep that met me at the desk is a wonderful asset to any company. I regularly ship packages to my daughter in college and I previously went here and the people there were amazing in the package was shipped with great care. Another day ended up going to a FedEx office and was treated poorly like I was an aggravation to the customer when I was trying to get a package shipped to my daughter. She made it very obvious when I walked in the door that she did not want to deal with me without even speaking to me first. My daughter's items or left on the counter still in the bag that I took them in and the lady said she will take care of it period I did not have any comfort in leaving that store with those items not even in a box. I had a nother shipment and decided to go back to the UPS Store on Heckle Boulevard.This UPS Store make sure to put my daughter's things in a box, they did not act like I was an aggravation to them,the lady at the front new my face from previous visits she was smiling and helpful, and made me feel like an appreciated customer. I think her name is Jacklyn. I would just like to express as a person who ships frequently that I will highly recommend this UPS Store. I hope that you all hold on to this very valuable employee!

As a local small business owner I often ship with Hari. Over the years not only has he gone out of his way to provide top level service he always does it with a smile. When I drop off an item that needs to be packed and shipped or need copies I know that the job will be done properly and fast.

I come here all the time and Angie is the best. She is very friendly and is extremely helpful! I go to her for all of my printing and mailing needs! I'm a customer for life!

Angie has great customer service skills she greeted me with a smile offered her services all around a great experience...the store was also very clean and organized...will definitely return and refer family and friends!!!

I have been to this location more than I can count. Everytime I come in I they have knocked it out of the park on packing my shipments for me and taking care of any questions I have. I will be back.
