AT&T Store

Visited the store for help with a transfer from my old phone to my new iPhone. Not only did I get help with the transfer but representative (Gino) was able to save me money on my bill with a new Apple Watch and iPad promotion. Best service I have received in a while and definitely recommend this store for top notch service.

Paris Waterford was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend going in and see him.

Brian and Dave were absolutely great and professional! They went out of their way to make sure my needs where taking care of. I could not ask for a better set of people to work with. This is a breath of fresh air from Verizon. I'm so very happy to have met 2 lovely people. Please see them for any of your needs

I visited this location and was assisted with opening another account with At&t. Jeff had helped me transfer my number over from spectrum (Advise to never use spectrum mobile service btw) and he made it as smooth and quick as possible. The phone I wanted they didn't have in stock but instead of offering something else they drove to another location to get me the phone I requested. In addition the same phone I had from spectrum, I bought again at at&t and cost $110 less. Highly recommend visiting this location.

Came back to this location and had to buy a new phone again lol. I had a Motorola that died on me and went back to Samsung. I had the pleasure of working with Nick, who had me in and out in 30 minutes. Phenomenal service again. Also my Sim card was stuck with my memory card and nick worked for 10 minutes to get it out. Thanks again!

Wouldn’t dare shop cell phones anywhere else! Darren and crew were very nice people and very helpful. Took the time to explain my bill to me and found a new plan that was $50 cheaper than before. Thanks again

AT&T associate Darren Z was amazingly helpful and effective in helping me both update my phone data plan and helping me secure a new Apple Watch for a decent monthly payment plan deal. Quality customer service and it made for a great customer experience for me. I appreciate the AT&T employees and their service to the customers.

Darren (DZ) was the employee who helped me transfer over to my new phone and he went above and beyond to help me. He even figured out that the sim card that was shipped to me was bad and fixed it right away. Thanks to the whole team here you've made a customer for life!!!!

The service I received yesterday was above more than any words could explain! Ashley was the name of the woman that helped me when I went in the store. I went in just to add a line with the cheapest phone cause times are tuff but she made it her objective to help me more than she obviously had to. instead of just taking the fastest and easiest way to complete the transaction she went through all kinds of different loops to get me the best deal and or promotion she possible could and with respecting I didn't have much to spend. Not only did I leave with a very nice higher end phone but also got the the screen protector and a case for basically nothing. Also she got it so my payments are less than a gallon of milk a month and all sorts of other beneficial goodies. I highly recommend at&t on west ridge road next to AutoZone to anyone and everyone looking for a phone or even switching your carrier over to them!

The AT&T store on W Ridge rd near Wegmans is great! Sometimes there may be a little bit of a wait (just a heads up). But anytime I go, I deal with Darren as he always takes good care of me and my needs.

After a horrible experience with the tech at Target, I went directly to the closest AT&T store and had the BEST experience. The associate that assisted me understood my frustration with the customer service I received at Target as well as the issues I was having with my phone. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made upgrading my phone seamless and researched all options possible to save me the most money. I would definitely go back.

Kelly was amazing! Helped me activate my phones, and put screen protectors on! She honestly went above and beyond! Just switched from Verizon and already I couldn't be happier!!

Went into store this morning to purchase plan and phone. I was very needy and had a lot of requests in which they met each and every demand. My sales person was Myah Sims and she was great! When she ran into some issues with my rate plan, she didn’t hesitate to get the manager to assist. The manager came to where I was at and helped the entire time with the sale. I have been in sales for many years, and in my opinion this was the absolute best customer service I have ever received. It’s nice to see people still care!

Something, I don't know what, got very messed up when I switched from Verizon to ATT. But I am SO GREATFUL to have found an ATT store where the staff was able to help me. Things were so screwy it took them a while to figure it out but they did it for me. I'd give 10 stars for the human service over a computer and AI!

Jeff and Darren were amazing. They helped my boyfriend and I with everything we needed. They were very professional and made the experience well worth the drive to that location. Very satisfied with my experience so far!

Your Greece ridge store rep Otto helped me to clearly understand the phone upgrade which i proceeded to do. Otto had Jeff do my paperwork to process my order and assisted me in purchasing my accessories to protect my i 13 pro max.
I was greatly surprised at how quickly my phone arrived so i went back to the store and Otto helped with the transfers.
I did have to come back because my screen protector cracked my and Otto had Mayah help me with processing the replacement. I was a frequent customer at the Henrietta store but this store excells in customer service!

Darren was awesome !!!! He helped me fix an issue on my phone that even apple would not even help me with and fixed my family plan. I am very happy with the results. Awesome experience for me and my family !!!

Visited this store with my wife on Friday 4/18/16 about 1/2 hour before closing to get buy back credit for phones. I'm sorry I don't remember the employees names, but I was VERY impressed with their customer support. They were knowledgeable, patient and kind. They stayed until after 9pm (Closing) and completed everything I needed. Thank you very much for your help it is much appreciated! I would recommend you go to this store for all your AT&T needs.

It's not just about good customer service… They have to do that, it's about genuinely nice people going way above and beyond what they have to do to the degree that decision making becomes easy and second to nice conversation. We have considered in the past switching to a cut rate cellular company and dropping AT&T to save a little bit of money, but the quality of their service as a corporation, in the individual character of their employees at retail locations outweighs those savings. We will stay with AT&T
