Old Magnolia Garage is a cool name for this convenience store and gas station strategically located on Old 66. It is set up to serve the locals and capture Route 66 tourist business. Stocked with everything you would expect: sweet, savory salty snacks, soda, beer, fryer food, and a few Route 66 trinkets. Get there early in the day for their best and most famous offering, Arbuckle Fried Pies. Yes, those world famous crusty folded and fried pockets of fruit filled heaven. On an unwavering mission, we rounded the corner east bound on Route 66 late in the afternoon. Our destination in sight, the Old Magnolia Garage.

In I go, straight to the big fried pie display case. I really wasn’t expecting to find anything left at this time of the day, but there they were, two blackberry pies. Somehow, they survived the morning feeding frenzy. They were immediately adopted, along with a strawberry. Tomorrow’s breakfast delight.

Nope, not as good as if I had been there when they came from the fryer, but good just the same with a fresh cup of coffee the next morning.

We stopped by and had two freshly made sandwiches! The Turkey and Roast Beef. They were delicious! We also tried fried coconut pie and apple pies for the first time! Sooo good! You must stop and enjoy some food on your trip!!

Heard about the fried pies from people at work that had them in Davis, OK. These are supposed to be the same recipe. Yes the flavor is very lemony. Light flaky crust. Very tasty.

The fried pies were delicious! And they had a great selection of sodas.

The pies are really good and the restrooms were clean. I stopped by this place on my exploration of art 66. It is worth the stop. I will defiantly be stopping if I am ever in the area.

Fried pies, sweet and savory, are AMAZING! They make terrific pizza and the chicken strips are top notch! We have had sandwiches that they build for you fresh. Let's not forget the INCREDIBLE ranch!!! This place is a MUST for everyone...especially if travelling through Davenport on Route 66!

I stopped by with my kiddos to see what all they had for breakfast! Love their breakfast pizza! Love the design of the store. And the staff was super sweet! And they have a drive through! Definitely a great business to support 😊

This place has it just right, there chicken and Veg taste better than Marie Calendars chicken pot pie! It is so filling and warm, just perfect for the chilly days we are having. And boy oh boy is the price just right for one of these pillow textured melt in your mouth pie, ask for one fresh and you will never be disappointed. Huge selection of drinks, somthing for everyone, they even have salad for those looking for a healthy option.

Stopped in and was awed by what the owners ,Joe and Cindy, have created. I love that they invested their time and money in small town Oklahoma. It's a must stop, and don't forget the fry pie.

Delightful place to stop for drinks, a quick bite and homemade Arbuckle fried pies 🥧! Location is right along old Route 66 in the tiny town of Davenport. It looks like a garage but instead its a new build convenience store that is mom and pop owned and operated. They have a nice selection of sandwiches and other snacks, gourmet coffee and a little eating area! Also have a drive up window where you can order up pies, beer or food. Just a cute as it can be a great addition for buying a little something to eat or during while cruising along on old highway 66! Love the PIES! My suggestion is get on Facebook, Instagram - get more signs out to explain who and what you are. I found because I was curious and stopped in to see. Another thing get a sign out to cater to drive-by traffic on old highway 66. Like a special forJuly "buy an Arbuckle apple pie and get a free coffee" -. The motorcycle crowd and visitor traffic just might stop to enjoy your fine business if they know what you carry. Better signage to explain what you offer!

Stopped in after Tammy’s because it was such a cute little place, welcomed with a sweet smile and left with a few sweet pies!! Yum!

We love these pies. Whenever we are traveling thru, we always stop.
