UPDATE! Kids caught the flu recently & doctor called in prescriptions for them. I was pleasantly surprised be greeted by a pleasant and efficient employee who informed me that the prescriptions were ready and was able to quickly pull them. There were several new people behind the counter & the operation was running much smoother than the previous several times I had visited the location. It seems that the owners/ managers have made some positive changes that have made the customer service experience much better at this location (thank you!). It was very busy that day & the employees were doing a great job at taking care of everyone & keeping the line moving. Much better experience than I've had previously> This pharmacy is consistently slow & unprepared. It doesn’t matter if you bring the prescription in or it’s called in and you wait for it to be filled before you come in, not going to be ready, either way. I’ve been in three times this week
1- no pharmacist on duty in the middle of the day
2- computers down
3- prescription not ready
The front of the house runs great & the people are friendly not sure why the same isn’t true for the pharmacy but it’s a poorly run operation, seems to be understaffed, & the interactions are consistently unpleasant as a result.

I love this place ever sense I came to the area they have been amazing assistance and help. Did you know 5 dollors a month for the care pass gets you a grantee 10 gift card for their. What's not to love about 5 free. The people are patient and understanding. They don't rush you to buy, and always smile.

Great store and wonderful pharmacist. They truly deserve an outstanding nomination. People do not realize just how over worked and under staffed they are. They do a fantastic job at their job and no one should be yelling at them, fussing or cussing them out. They do so much hard work to get the prescriptions filled and to answer any concerns you have with your health and medication. Please be courteous to the staff they deserve it and all the praise in the world for just how much they do. You can’t blame them for you calling in an order and expect it to be ready in 10 minutes don’t be that person.

The pharmacist, Carla and the entire staff were very nice and very accommodating. All of my calls were taken promptly and all my questions answered. VerVery good service

I have been a customer of this pharmacy since it was built and I have no complaints. Everyone has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. They do seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed but that is never the fault of the staff.

Pretty good employees and services. Pharmacy had a rough beginning for a year or so with so much turn-over, but turned it around with consistent staff. Wish our insurance still accepted CVS, its competitor is such a drive.

Been using this pharmacy for meds for over 2 years now. It's close to my home, the employees are friendly and helpful, I never had any issues with having meds filled or re-filled here, and the pharmacist takes his or her time to fully understand what I'm asking when it comes to questions or concerns about meds that my kids have to take.

Great pharmacy assistance even if they are stretched thin and need more hires that are worth their salt, most of the time when I go in they're being helpful till the mogoloid they are assisting starts throwing their low IQ numbers around or don't give appropriate information for help or their insurance dosent tell them they only covet so much like mine has sometimes.

The serious in particular is a great place kind of reminds me of a mom and pop pharmacy they know you by name if you go long enough

Pharmacy has great fast service. Pharmacist and staff are always friendly. All the pharmacists are very knowledgeable.

Had no problem with the service and everyone was very helpful

They been real good to me and I’m thankful for them being pretty close to home as well
