AT&T Store

I was completely lost! I came in and there was the sweetest young lady there with a smile on her face-reminded me of my daughter. She helped me set up my phone and Apple Watch. She was so thorough and made my experience simple and pleasurable.keArrea Scruggs (kay) you are awesome

Akia was awesome.. she took time to explain. Had two issues, now I have none. Friendly staff, they actually looked like they enjoyed working there.Its MY AT&T store, now!

Akia was great. She was quick and showed enthusiasm with helping me with both my phone and watch. I am going to recommend her to a colleague who needs a new phone today. He is also an AT&T customer who needs a new phone like YESTERDAY. Fonz was also very helpful but most of all entertaining. I love the energy at this location.

We had the pleasure of working with Taseanah! Although I only upgraded one phone She gave me lots of options in adding more lines and other upgrades on other lines. She taught me about fiber too. All together she had a great attitude! I will be back to see her!

Akia was literally the best customer service rep I’ve EVER had the pleasure of working with. I was very skeptical of moving over to AT&T but she assured me that everything will move over without interruption in service. So far so good!! She made me and my family feel as welcome and as comfortable as possible. She definitely needs a raise.

AT&T HSV Retail Store #0325: I was Immediately greeted by the Courteous & Friendly Store Manager. The Sales Representative, Victoria, who assisted me was extremely Knowledgeable, Courteous, Friendly, Professional, and ABOVE All RESPECTFUL towards me!!!!!! She rapidly assessed the reason for my being there, got all of my requested items, carefully installed the tempered-glass Screen Protector & Body Glove Protection Case, and functionally tested the Wireless Charging Pad. All that in less than 10 minutes!!!!!! Victoria is the Reason I will return to the HSV Store for ANY future AT&T Needs!!!! Very Truly Yours, Grant Hamamoto.

My mother has tried for four months to correct a problem with her AT&T bill. Fonz greeted us at the door, listened carefully to our problem, and came up with a solution after we have run into roadblock after roadblock before our visit to this store to resolve this issue. He and Britney were polite and respectful and my mother left the store within 30 minutes satisfied. We really appreciated them going the extra mile for us.
