CVS

After dealing with other CVSes in the metro area, the Meadowbrook location is an absolute miracle. I hated having CVS Caremark because of having to use CVS and would do anything to avoid going to a location. I had to use this one for one prescription and realized that it's the only one I've ever been to worth anything. The staff actually cares and gives the same level of service as a small town pharmacy.

I just called the CVS and got through right away. If I have any problems I'll update but I think things must have changed.

I enjoy their products.

Today was my 2nd shot and the solution was running down my arm as soon as the pharmacist released the needle. She did insert the needle into my arm... But why, did the solution come back out??? She was nerves or something and this was the 2nd time a pharmacist had to give a shot to me.... The 1st one went well but the 2nd one not so good!!!

That Pharmacy do not care to answer their phone at all..Been waiting almost 45mins now

Takes forever (whether dropping off picking up or waiting on hold for 20min before call is dropped) and God forbid there are any other customers in line.

If I could leave no stars I would. The pharmacist is the most rudest, and unprofessional pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Every single information she gave me was a compete lie, one minute I have insurance the next I don’t have insurance. One minute I need a prior authorization and the next minute I don’t. I have been trying to get my prescription filled for four days (the same medication I get every month at my normal pharmacy was on back order). So I came here and I wish to god I woulda went anywhere but here. Her attitude sucks and so does her hair!!!

The 2 associates present was absolutely rude. After waiting for someone at register, noticed the 2 standing in back. Asked if I could get some help, neither responded just walked up front. Young lady with blond braids walked up and started helping a customer who came after me. The other associate said nothing but my total amount. Look at your video to observe this poor service given. On the other hand with all the negative reviews CVS as a Company just don't give a Damn.

The pharmacist at this store is so rude and underlying rude. Frenchie is awful and I can’t stand to talk to her! I’d rather bleed out slow that to devils music than deal with her.

They never answered the phone in pharmacy after constantly calling for over an hour. Called front store and asked her to please ask pharmacy to answer their phone and she said no she could not ask pharmacy dept. to answer the phone but she could transfer call. The same thing happen with no one answering the phone. The front store took a long time to answer but pharmacy dept. never answered. This is an ongoing problem with this store according to other reviews . This is an ongoing problem that CVS won’t resolve.

The pharmacy here is very terrible it doesn't matter if you're coming through the drive thru or in the store it is terribly slow. You can be the only person in the drive thru, they will make you wait at least five minutes before coming to the window but what's even worst will walk pass the window and see at your vehicle and won't say anything. You press the call button it gets completely ignored. I was also told it would take FOUR HOURS to fill my ibuprofen 800mg just because she has to call and verify a handwritten prescription(as if it would be a even more shorter waiting period) it takes that long if not longer on any other day.They ask you when you want to pick up and when you come to pick up your medication it still wouldn't be ready this is ridiculous!!! If I can rate NO STARS I WILL THIS IS EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO THIS CVS!!!

Ashley followed me around like I was trying to steal or something. And then didn’t even look at me when I asked where something was. Really rude. And when I had several items she told me to go to self checkout and then proceeded to ring up the next person after me instead.
