Shann was excellent for me and my crisis. I love the consultant at this store. There amazing phone genius. Shann fixed my phone, checked my apps. I'm glad I met her today she was very welcoming to me. And so was the few plants up front. Definitely proud I'm AT&T customer

I was very pleased with my service! Felicia was such a Gem!! She is always so knowledgeable about everything! I drove 45 minutes just to come see her, due to her professionalism and knowledge about the products.

My husband and I visited AT&T on Sunday to get information about upgrading my phone. Felecia greeted us as soon as we walked into the place. She was very knowledgeable about the different phone plans and answered all of our questions after which she helped me to make the right decision to upgrade my iPhone. I had one of the best experiences at my visit here today( Hazel Green). I got all my questions answered, he was very patient and took my needs into consideration. He helped make this transaction super easy. He explained everything and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I will definitely return to this store for any and all of my cell phone needs.

The evening of Wednesday, September 11, we went in to the ATT Store in Hazel Green, Alabama to purchase a phone after mine was stolen. I apologize that I did not get the girl's name, but she was awesome. Not only did she help me with my purchase, setup, accessories and so on. She stay passed closing to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. She is the 5 star Of customer service.

Experience was incredible. A gentleman named Hasan was very helpful in walking me through getting a new iPhone. He was so awesome in fact that I went back to him specifically to get my Apple Watch. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained what everything meant in english. I would highly recommend visiting and asking for him.

I went in this afternoon to switch out my iphone. The two young gentlemen that were working were extremely courteous, knowledgable and efficient. They had my new phone up and running in no time at all. Much better experience than I've had at the AT&T stores in Huntsville. They haven't even been open two months yet and already far surpass the AT&T company stores! We will definitely return to this location!
