Beatiful store. Been coming here for 20 years, need to purchase lotion and body wash using my national benefits card , the Owners of the Store Mary , Teresa and Tina , personally took time to help update the system, guidance and leadership remarkable, thank u 💘💘💘💘

Trish that was working self check out today is amazing and so is kroger. I left a bag and I went back and got it. She put it up for me. She knew how much I needed that bag. Thank you again...

I had an order from instacart and it got mixed up with the weather situation in Huntsville. Sean went above and beyond to make sure I received the groceries. I appreciate his efforts to make sure my family was straight in this severe weather. I appreciate him and his staff!

Am in love with their organic fruits especially Bananas. Nice place to be.

Been going there for over 20 years. Best prices on soft drinks in town when you include their specials. Clean store, nice staff. I also enjoy seeing the same friendly faces, some still there from when I first moved in the neighborhood.

Just requested the store stock "Maxwell Housecafe francais international coffee" and they were so nice. They are going even going to call me back tommorrow. Great Customer Service.

Two associates were very helpful and assertive in getting items I couldn't reach from the top shelf, pricing them, making sure I got the sale price when it didn't show up initially, and just being all around great representatives for the company. Thanks, ladies! :)

I was able to get in and out, they had what I needed in stock after going to two other stores that didn't have it in stock. I chose to do self check out I only had a few items.

Great service lot of lighting two security guards at the front doors everything you need to get was easy to find helpful Marquette with informative location of what is on the isles plenty buggy's and where chair access with manual and motorized ones and restroom could use a little more attention did have changing tables tissue soap will continuing to shop there and would refer others to go there

This store has the best produce in Huntsville every time I go. Broccoli takes weeks to wilt

I go here all the time, and today I was in a rush so they let me use the express lane even though I had more items (I don't think anyone was behind me anyway) so that was really helpful. Got what I needed. Friendly, quick service.

Yesterday the 8th at 3:21 pm I visited your store on in Huntsville Al on Oakwood Ave I made a small purchase at the self-checkout only to get some cash back to put gas in my car and get my son some dinner. Once done i grab my receipt and cash in the same hand and left out running late to get my son. Soon after that I reached over in the passenger seat because I just realize that I had not gotten gas and saw that there was only two fives and three ones my cash back should have been $18 immediately I called the store got a young lady she forwarded me to the MANAGER Charles he told me he would go check to see if it got stuck I told him I was on my way back. I returned no money found. I left very upset. I called back spoke to Raymond. I was explaining to him that I would not just make this up could they pull the cameras because I'm a 100% sure that I didn't get the money. And how $5 doesn't seem like a lot of money but in my current situation it is for me He said come back ask for him. And I returned they called him and I explain to him who I was and he reached in his wallet and gave me $10 that selfish Act started tears to flow down my eyes as I was walking away . And I'm talking about "the ugly cry" as Oprah would call it. Money has been so tight lately I recently lost my house , my job . And because of my current situation my son is going back to Virginia with his mom tomorrow . This gentleman Mr Raymond gave me more Hope. He gave me more Drive to make it another day, not only did he take money out of his pocket , But he gave even more than I was missing, that was a Class Act and I'm so very grateful thank you Mr Raymond for paying it forward helping someone that you didn't even know giving me hope , and that extra five bought me a quart of oil and a ice cold Dr. Pepper thank you so much. It's so often that people call and report all the bad things that happens in service industry well I'm here to tell you this gentleman brightened my spirits May GOD continue to bless you. Thank you for not judging Let him be an example to all.... P.s I don't want to be on TV or nothing , I just needed Kroger to know this man has the spirit of an Angel.

Confused about the coupons. Great Store friendly professional workers. Mostly well-stocked

Love this home town grocery store... My grandmother shopped in this store weekly and everybody knew her by name. When they would hire new ppl and my grandmother would come in they made sure the new folks were introduced to her! She passed away almost 2 years now but last time she drove herself there she had a spell with her health and had no clue who she was or where she was... Needless to say they took care of her and made sure family was called... Thank u guys for ur hospitality always!
