Walgreens

Visited Walgreens looking for summer a dental repair items because I had a Crown come loose. The clerk that helped me was knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction that I needed to go in period the store was well lit well organized and clean and tidy. Also while I was there I had found some items that I had been looking for at other stores that were not available so I happened upon some a luckily I happened upon some things that I had wanted or needed. When cashing out the young lady offered to join their Walgreens value club membership card she was not pushy or and she didn't ask for any information that was above and beyond but I was willing to give her so it made it for a pleasant experience.

Been coming here since relocating to Mobile in January. This store could be a poster child for how a retail operation should be run. The staff (store and pharmacy) are always super friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is ran efficiently. I can't say enough about how well they treat their customers.

I can't say enough good! Alex (a manager) went out of his way to find a FedEx package for me and o so greatly appreciate it! All the staff present that I interacted with this morning were so nice and helpful here!

Always helpful and kind, even though the check out process is slow if more than 2 customers are in line.

Drive up window, which is good. One thing I didn't like( has not happened since) the particular medication that was filled consisted of two different looking pills, ( maybe 30 all together ) same medication. But it was not listed on the bottle that that was what happened.

If you're looking for advertised makeup and can't find it at Walmart, go to Walgreens. Walgreens usually has whatever is being advertised.

Ordered prescription and told it would be ready at 3:30pm. It's 4:30 pm and it still is not ready. I can understand with the medical field be busy with Covid but you would think they would care.

The people in the pharmacy need to learn how to count
They basically told me that I don't know how to count. They were not helpful,I actually found them extremely condescending! I'll never go to that Walgreens again and yes I know they don't care!

3 times i was told "yeah you can pick it up tomorrow"

Show up and i have to wait another 3 days...
Ridiculous.

30+ minutes in the drive thru as they are filling prescriptions not asking people to come back

This Walgreens used to be great, it has gone down hill. A lot of times the staff is rude and doesn’t want to help. I have a family renewal card we have used for the past year and it was time for them to renew it and the woman told me it was my job to do it and I couldn’t get my prescription for the family plan discount, then when I finally had to be rude for her to fo it and tell her that the first time I got it they did it, I was told I had to wait for my prescription, when they called me this morning to tell me it was ready. We’re about ready to change pharmacies.

I’m come pick up my medicine but Lady working at pharmacy not friendly…
