Walgreens

This Walgreens used to be Rite Aid, and is located in St. John’s Plaza (in the same shopping center as Tuesday Morning, Sprouts and Bare Bones Bar and Grill).

I went there on February 13 after work and was looking for a Valentine’s card for my Sweetie. I was afraid that the selections would be limited. I was pleasantly surprised that this store was fully prepared for the event and offered beautiful cards by Hallmark, balloons and sweets. The supplies were plentiful and customers were happy.

I also enjoyed the service there. The store is nice and clean. Timi was patient and helpful. The manager Shoulde was very cheerful in helping customers. I highly recommend this store and will definitely return.

The staff called to notify my when I had accidentally placed two photo orders and helped me when I had an issue with my return address printed on my envelopes. Great customer service!

Love the people at the pharmacy, super nice, always smiling.

if you're bringing a prescription to this place make sure you make a photocopy duplicate (as they're likely to lose / or misplace it and worse, delayed, or never get your prescription filled). I dropped off a prescription 5 days earlier and found out that they never entered it in the system(when I called to check on day 6). Annoying is the fact that the rep's first question to you was, "Who did you give the prescription to?" to which I answered " I dont know who she was? Um, the person you assigned to stand behind the prescription drop off counter that day?"
He went on to say " this is a special medicine, you're gonna have to wait, this takes along time to get" to which I said" yeah I know and you wasted 5 days by your neglect to enter it in the system". Rather than offer corrective services, they emphasize on fault-deflection and blame the customer approach. Don't bring your prescriptions here. Take them somewhere else.

Update: Walgreens corrected their mistake and expedited the medicine I needed. They made an effort It was available the following day. I wanted to acknowledge their corrective intervention. Thank you. I have removed the 1 star review

Must have caught an overworked or tired pharmacist on Monday morning, who didn't want to counsel me on medication. I'll chalk this up to rough morning, but still...

Spent almost an hour waiting for a prescription that my doc sent in 48 hours ago. Ended up with just 7 out of 90 pills prescribed. No explanation, no indication when the rest of my meds will be dispensed.

And that's just one prescription. I have three others that are sitting in limbo after 3 days. They don't pick up the phone, they don't care.

The old crew was better. The new team is utterly incompetent. Stay far away from this store.

The associate Acacia at the pharmacy is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever encountered. Every time I or a member of my family goes to pick up or refill a prescription, we are greeted with such venom and forget about it if you have a question. This woman can’t be bothered to respond with anything other than a snide response or an eye roll. How does Walgreens allow such terrible customer service in the pharmacy to continue?

Avoid this place! Drive in down the road to the next Walgreens. This one is awful. They don’t have consistent hours. And worse, if your doctor calls a Rx it will either be lost or not ready for hours/days. It is scary how disorganized they seem behind the counter. I don’t trust this place with my prescriptions.

The worse customer service I ever experienced. They keep you on hold and never come back to the phone. They do not follow up to let you know when the prescription is ready. Extremely unprofessional.

Worst pharmacy ever. I called and was told my prescription was ready. Went to pick it up and it was “out of stock”. Since nothing is ever in stock they make you wait for days until they receive it from a distribution center out of state. Horrible, horrible pharmacy.

This used to be the best Walgreens pharmacy, but when the old staff moved away and this new unskilled, unfriendly, unhelpful crew moved in it became the worst ever. Walgreens would be better off closing this location down and releasing the new crew.

One of the worst store in the area. I recently got a walgreen paper spend booster and $5 off on purcahse of $5 or more Register reward. The cashier refused to scan and said only 1 as per Walgreens policy. I ask the cashier to scan and see if the system let it process and was told I am not gonna scan it (I have use the same kind of rewards at different store and hadn't had this issues). They always come up with different excuses for not scanning Register Rewards which are issued by walgreen. Ended up buying nothing from this store. Called the customer care and was told I can use them together. Went to a different store few block away and both the spend booster and register Rewards worked without any issue. I would avoid this store at all cost.

If "NO" star is an option, this would be perfect for this Walgreens. The pharmacist is SUPER RUDE and ARROGANT. I will never want my prescription sent over to this pharmacy.
