The most helpful, friendly, assistants without a frown. Love them all. Frequent this UPS and every assistant whether new or been there long is outstanding. No sad faces, no complaints. Fast and accurate. Perfect customer service!!

UPS Store on Meridian is outstanding. Best customer service, smiling, helpful employees. I'm usually not accustomed to the 'routine' but they are always willing to help me with my transactions! It is a blessing this store is open ... and convenient to my home as well as great parking!

I would use & recommend! This location is SO close to A&M University and our business office! This store is perfect for copying, printing, scanning, faxing, making booklets & flyers…. all in one place! Konner (the in-house designer) is so sweet! I will be referring her & this location!

I’ve always had good experiences dropping off pre-paid packages here, haven’t gone here for anything else yet, but it’s always been a quick and easy place to go for my needs.

I had a quick easy experience at this location. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly, and knowledgeable. I had questions about upcoming shipments I needed to send out. The info was helpful. There was a customer with multiple shipments being processed, even with that I was back on the road in 5 minutes. In 6 hours time my out going packages had already been directed through Nashville, and are on track to make it a day earlier than originally quoted.

Always get excellent customer service from all the employees!

I just left this store with my first time returning with Amazon (1st time walking in with an item , not boxed ) and I was told to buy a box or envelope.. ok I thought I didn’t need so as I’m search, Nini aka Benisha, walks over and says all u need is this which is much cheaper, then says I’m sure I have a box in the back fir free, goes all the way in customer service versus the other person who never smiles and I’m in this store almost daily! Actually I get the vibe he doesn’t like me for sone reason, but that’s my opinion.. anyhow she found one with a super sweet smile! I immediately could tell she likes to help others and she should be recognized for that beautiful personality!!! Thank you “Nini” for turning my day into a better one!!
I’d like to also add that per Amazon returns, if you choose to bring anything to the UPS Store for return you do not need to purchase a box, bag or anything, I’ll add a picture I took stating this! Hate to know how many ppl spent 1-5 bucks on boxes..

Konner assisted in designing my new business card. I can not be more pleased with how it has come out! She uses graphic design creativity in her suggestions for adding the items necessary for your particular business or trade.
In my case, I explained what I was hoping to have on the front and back side of the business card, and she put it together and nailed it!! The graphic design cost is totally reasonable, as well as the cost for printing!
I'll be back soon to have some brochures designed and printed.

It’s close to where I live and the process of sending back packages was quick and easy.

Great employees! Super Friendly and quick service!!! I am pleased to do business here any time I need to ship something, with a kid away at college that can be often, and they make Amazon Prime returns a breeze with the return bar code on the Amazon app! The location is very convenient and there is plenty of easy parking with a well lit lot in the evenings. Thanks UPS for providing this service. Godspeed to all the deliverymen and women. KF ; )

I've always had excellent service at this UPS store location. I couldn't have asked for better service than I was provided with this morning as I dropped off 6 boxes for shipping. Jessie was very helpful, efficient, and professional. He deserves recognition for a job well done.

This location is always so helpful. They can always answer my questions, assist me with my returns, and treat me nice. They'll always have my business. And before anyone wonders if im a fake reviewer just know I'm an average Jane just like any other

Not a lot of people know but apparently the UPS Store does printing as well?? They did my business cards and movie posters for my small business and they killed it
