All About Baby

We go to All About Baby very frequently, and we love the friendly staff and the many amazing baby boy options to chose from! They always help me fit his shoes and it’s easy to exchange if I get the wrong size.

So far our experience with All About Baby has been wonderful. Everyone that we have worked with has been super friendly and helpful! Some things found there might be a little pricy but the discounts offered and the quality of the furniture makes it all worth it.

This place looks a little "iffy" from the outside, but we it is AMAZING on the inside. I have been shopping here for years...first as a place for gifts for friends' babies and now for my own baby. The ladies there couldn't be nicer if they tried! They carry the cutest clothes. Yes, it is pricey, but they have great sales and it's worth it to buy local.

Tons of great clothing and more. Yes it is a pricey boutique, and also yes that they have great sale prices. This is what we chose to shop here for- great priced footwear and the occasional Zutano piece that is reasonably priced!

We were out of NoseFridas, and I called to see if All About Baby had any. They were extremely helpful and more than eager to provide exactly what my customer needed. I was VERY pleased!

Such a great place to find unique baby gifts and for your own baby. Loved the selections.

Great selection and friendly staff, however very disappointed in their return policy. BE AWARE before you purchase. I purchased items that were too large, and got too many items of the same size for my baby shower. They will NOT allow you to get a refund unless you've paid cash. I wasn't aware of this policy until I tried to return an outfit. You'll get store credit, that's all. A bit disappointed because I wasn't informed of this until afterwards.

Plenty of nice baby items to choose from - from clothing all the way to furniture. However, I give them 3 starts because my husband and I were looking for a specific big ticket item, and while we were looking no one cane by to offer us any assistance or provide us w information. The store wasn't busy at the time, so it would have been reasonable for a sales associate to stop by. Unfortunately, we moved on.

Bad Customer Service. We ordered costum bedding through All About Baby and paid in full upon order. We were told the bedding would be ready in 6-8 weeks. My wife went into pre-term labor 6 weeks after placing our order. When I called All About Baby to get a status update on the order, the lady on the phone was rude and seemed irritated that I was calling to check on the order. It was not the fact that the bedding was not ready (it was understood up front that it would be 6-8 weeks) or nothing could be done to expedite the order (don t understand how nothing could be done, but OK), it was her attitude that stunk.

The items they carry are fine for the most part, but the store itself is so incredibly cramped. No way could you easily maneuver a stroller inside, which is odd for a baby store. You can’t even really pass someone in the aisles if you want to move further down. I baby wore my son inside the other day and it was still hard to get around because everything is so so cramped. Makes for a less than enjoyable shopping experience.
It is also disappointing that they sell amber teething necklaces.
Overall the slight increase in pricing on items I could buy online combined with the hassle of maneuvering through the store makes it not worth the trip.
