Is my neighborhood pharmacy. When I walk in, I'm usually always greeted with a smile. Friendly and helpful.

Sure they've had some staffing issues and shortages since COVID, but so have most places. Try a little patience with the pharmacy. Most of the staff members are doing the best they can at a very busy location.

When you go into a Walgreens you expect consistency. What caught my attention was the outstanding service that I received. I was looking for a certain item and the staff found and showed me all the options and were sweet as honey in the process. Fantastic.

I've had a few interactions as a walk-in to get prescriptions and have had no problems with the fellow behind the counter, who may be the person named in many negative reviews. He was courteous and even offered to call the insurance company for me to clear up a difficulty. I'm not saying the negative reviews aren't warranted, but I've personally had no issues.

I had bad experiences in the past with the pharmacy but for the last few months they’ve been great. They went out of their way a couple times now to get me my prescription when I know there is a shortage. Today they insisted on helping me when they were supposed to go on break. I definitely just recommend going in person as opposed to over the phone

As for the store itself, I’ve always loved it. The beauty section has a great selection and woman who always works there is SO nice and SO helpful. I’m definitely going to keep going to this Walgreens as opposed to the other one near me

I went to the Lakeview Walgreens to have passport photos taken and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jean, the friendliest associate I have ever met. She was very cognizant of remaining compliant with all the stringent criteria associated with passport photos. I was in and out in fifteen minutes.

I am writing this review because I was so impressed with Yolanda in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed at the drive-thru and did it with a smile. She went not once, but twice to grab me an OTC medication from the shelves. What she didn't know is that I'm immunocomprimised and was apprehensive of going inside during this crazy flu season we are having. I have had nothing but helpful and friendly employees since we started using this location.

Worst service ever. Ordered on line, paid for because supposted to be in stock, went to pick up at designated time and told to try back in a few days because they didn't have it, didn't know if it was on order or when or if it would arrive, if ever. Total waste of time.

Changed personel and improved service 500 percent.

Clean, convenient and staff is friendly and helpful. During peak times the drive thru gets backlogged.

Prettt ordinary Walgreens. Pharmacy opens a few hours after the main store.

There when you need them. Whether for prescription meds or a quick loaf of bread. This Walgreens services the community, when driving to the larger box retail store is not an option.

Rarely a crowd here, picking up a few items is quick and easy

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable staff make you trip here all the more pleasant.
