The UPS Store located at 3470 Olney Laytonsville Rd in the Olney Shopping Center is the best! David and Richard have helped me on several occasions and they are have been great. Very courteous, professional and patient. My shipments have been fast and easy to Montreal, Canada. Thank you for always helping me with my shipments. I highly recommend this location for exceptional service! The music is also great!!

Today, I shipped a package to Pennsylvania. The young man, David, who helped me step by step was absolutely great. All while he was training a young lady. I was really impressed with this UPS store and especially David. He has restored my confidence in "Customer Service" which has been missing in many businesses.

David, you a truly an Ambassador for UPS!

I have been using this location for a while now and very happy with the service. However today I had a document to ship to my out of state daughter and David went above and beyond!! He wrapped it plastic since it is going to rain at its destination and made sure without a doubt it would get on the truck. Thanks again, David , it so nice to have just pleasant service.

After accidentally placing my order for the day after I needed it, Spencer rescued me big-time. I was able to walk in, get my print out and still make my deadline even though the store was already busy and slammed with pre-orders. Amazing service, thanks again Spencer!

The UPS location on Laytonsville Rd. has the best employee customer service. Wonderful experience at this location this morning. The employee that was working went over and above to help make my transition seamless.

So you cannot help but give a 5 stars… Spencer and Zaheer went above and beyond to attend to my needs. Their customers service skills was “a la carte”… I wish this culture transcends to everyone having to deal with clients. I definitely plan to revisit this UPS location again.

This is a wonderful store! I have been in many times and the staff is amazing, always courteous and helpful. A special thank you to Spencer! Always such fast and friendly service but Spencer is above and beyond with his friendly banter and patience with Amazon returns.

Went in to the store with documents that needed to be shipped internationally and found that they need to be shipped in UPS's envelope for documents. So I transferred the documents, but the label was stuck on my envelope. The UPS employee Gerson, was very helpful and he cut out the label and affixed the label to the UPS envelope.

Great customer service and he also provided information on what I should do the next time.

These guys are great! I had a very last minute request to have a few stickers made to finish my son’s Halloween project. They were able to create and produce exactly what I needed in a short period of time. They were very helpful and it made my sons Halloween night.

I had the best experience being serviced by Diana! She did a great job of helping me with my packages. Diana is extremely knowledgeable and very resourceful. I could not have gotten quicker service without any complications or delays. I am definitely coming back to this location just because she is so very personable and helpful. This is the best UPS store in the area. The staff is well educated and always willing to help. They work together as a team. I have not had any issues with this store. Very reliable service. Knowledgeable people. I would not trust anybody else. I've had many problems with the USPS. These guys are great!

We have been going to the Olney UPS store for notary and overnighting services for quite a while and always have a good experience. The staff are not only very capable, they are also knowledgeable and helpful if we have questions, and always cheerful and considerate. You can get similar services at lots of places, but you can't always get great treatment like at this location--that's why we have made this store our go-to store.

This UPS store is usually extremely friendly and accommodating. Once I got a kind of grumpy fellow who wasn't all that but I never saw him again. They can be counted on to always do a great job of returning my stuff to Amazon, particularly (without a label). I'd give them 5 stars.

I am a repeat customer, I exclusively visit this location. I just left from another great experience but have to recognize an amazing employee of theirs - Chantal! She was the only employee opening the store today, had a line out the door, the phone was ringing off the hook and she had some less than pleasant customers. But she had a smile on her face the entire time and could not have been more helpful. She is truly a rockstar and amazing help! I will keep coming back because of employees like her.
