AT&T Store

I love coming to this particular store. There's never a wait, and they don't push you in to buying something you're not interested in. Very professional and courteous!

Waited on immediately with associate opening the door for me and helping very efficiently and after finishing, walking me to the door and opening it again!!! Very polite, caring and knowledgeable associate!!

Kassandra periban is a G!!...if you ever go to the at&t store on airline she's the one you wanna see..she got me hooked up with a plan and a kickass phone in no time and for waaaaay cheaper than i expected!!.. thank you kasandra!!!!

After purchasing a phone from a different store, I arrived at AT&T and asked for her assistance setting my new phone up. The lady went out of her way to help me and answered all my ?'s and when leaving I had no issues...It is very seldom that I have had the experience of great customer service as I did at this particular location. Way to go and keep up the great work! For that reason alone is why I will continue to my plan with AT&T.

Keke at the Airline Dr location in Bossier City customer service was top tier! She was quick, informative, and had such a positive attitude. My overall experience as a customer was great!

Clean store, friendly team. Had a great experience with Keke, she was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with my account issue. She even gave me her personal phone number to follow up with me via text days after I’d left the store to ensure resolution of my concern.

We needed new phones and went to the North Bossier AT&T Store. We were greeted at the door by Tina. She listened to our needs and wants and found us phones within our price range. She was very helpful in finding us the best deal. She also transferred data from our old phones to the new ones. She was kind and considerate and we would definitely be sharing our experience with our family and friends.

Micheal was my salesperson and he gave me exceptional service. Explained everything down on my level so I could understand it. Very quick and efficient and I have my new iPhone 13 in less than 24 hours and then Zack, who has taken care of me and my family for 14 years synced my phone, transferred all my info to my new phone and taught me how to use it! Again, exceptional and outstanding customer service by these two young men! Such a positive experience that my husband plans on buying a new iPhone very soon! Thank you!

Austin met us at the door and took us to a table. He told him why we came and what we needed and he went to work! Austin had us done in about 15-20 mins and we were on our way out of the store. We enjoyed the great service we received and will be looking for Austin anytime we go into the store.

Kenyasha was friendly and very attentive! I walked in looking for iPhone 14 Pro accessories. I didn't think they would have any, because it doesn't officially launch until 9/16. Luckily, they were adding the new accessories to the shelves when I got there. She helped me pick out some awesome cases and a charger. Looking forward to using them once I receive my preordered iPhone!

She also offered other products and services. She even helped find a newer plan for my cell service that saves me a little money. With this great customer service, I now feel more confident in going to an AT&T store for questions and assistance. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

These guys and gals were the best with helping out my wife and I. We just arrived from living in Japan for 4 years. They welcomed us home and fulfilled all of our needs for both the mobile and home services. We walked out feeling as though we met new friends that we can depend on for sure. We said a million goodbyes and thank you on our way out. By the way……. It took us around 15 min to get our two phones up and running!
