The amazing girl behind the counter just made my entire day!
Everyone’s worst nightmare shopping, you are waiting in line to check out and the most embarrassing moment “card declined”. Now the line is 4 people back and everyone is waiting on you. Here I am stuck waiting for my bank app to load just to find out I’m short .71. The amazing customer service displayed to help me cover that remaining cost without any issue or reason was absolutely incredible. And I hope she knows how grateful I am! She offered to cover my change out of her own pocket unprompted and with nothing in return and that is why she is amazing.

The moment I walked in the door there was a customer service worker there I forgot his name but he knows who I am. He greeted me with the most sincere, professional greeting. And when he checked me out the conversation that he had was very awesome. I liked his presence and his knack for selling products. So just because one customer has had a baf experience that shouldn't determine the stores ratings, because every customer is not going to be the same and you never know what someone is going through when they enter into the store. Its not the stores fault that that someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The store was great and my experience overall was the greatest so two-thumbs up and five stars.
