Lost In Time Toy Store

Not the most organized place I've ever been in, but if you like digging for gold, you will likely find it here. Incredible variety and reasonable pricing. I could actually get lost in here for hours. Whatever kind of collectible toy you can think of, you can probably find it in here.

I come here every 6 months to see what nice things they have. I love this place takes me back to the 90s. The customer service is above and beyond. Nice folks!

I went today on black friday and when i walked in everything felt great and nostalgic. Came in to a nice greeting and a wide section of vintage toys, figurines and games. The owner even was selling comics for 1$ but instead gave it to me for free

Awesome spot that will have you drifting on some memories. Lots of inventory from all aspects. A must for anyone.

Travel back in time to when you were 8 or 9 and this place will put a big smile on your face. Great selection of old skool toys, comics, and other memorabilia. If they don't have it from your childhood happy days, it wasn't cool. Good times!

One of the top 6 toy stores I have been to in the country. The owner is super cool. Real personable. Prices are on par with a collectable shop. A good mix of vintage and new.

Passed by this store all the time, always curious and finally had a chance to come in. It is amazing. It take you back, it's a vintage Toys R Us, filled to the brim with toys, collectibles, comics and more.

I was able to pick up the 1st Appearance of Beta Ray Bill and I couldnt be any happier. Truly worth your time if you are an avid collector and are into pop culture. A true gem of a place. Also check out there ebay store!

A must go see if you're in the area. A great walk down toy memory lane. Interesting and timely selection. They had a great sale today so picked up a few things. For the comic fan, a really good selection of graded comics that will fit any budget. I almost, ALMOST too home this Optimus Prime piece.

My gosh, so many amazing toys, start wars, die cast, games, GI joe, etc, a place to do a stop with a good time... there is something for people of all ages

Such a great place to shop for nostalgic and just plain cool toys and gifts! They are so low-key and friendly!

Early in the summer of 2023 they put out around 100 long boxes of comics and sold them all for $2 each, then the next day the remaining books were reduced to 50 cents each. I found lots of great comics on both days and I bought more than 2 long boxes of issues. Then the next Saturday they reduced the price to 25 cents each! I was busy selling comics at a show that day, however they put out the remaining comics again on the following Saturday so I went back and I walked away with 2 more full long boxes! The owner provided free pizza from the nextdoor pizza place and free sodas to customers on the $2 and 50 cent days. On the 25 cent days there was free bags of chips and sodas.

I found some good deals on some graded comics inside the store as well. The store is frankly overloaded with stacks of action figures and toys still in their boxes. They also have a table with record albums, trading cards and collectible lego.

Went to find a specific item that they didn’t have but they do have a lot of different toys and things you wouldn’t find elsewhere. Neat store!

Excellent inventory. Great prices. We will definitely add this to our road trip plans, come back and spend a lot more money.

I walked in and was immediately overwhelmed in the best way. I went in just to browse and ended up spending at least an hour combing through shelves of action figures. Walked out with about 10 pieces that day and I will surely be back again

Lost In Time Toy Store is one is the best stores in the DMV area. I have sold them old toys for a fair price and bought awesome new toys and classic toys alike to make me children happy and my inner child happy. They have a fantastic selection of new and old toys and their staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. With the loss of Toys R US, it is the best option for anyone looking for toys or comics, new or old. I'd recommend checking them out!

I was looking for an alternative to Target for my kids to spend some birthday cash on a toy, and thought of this place which I passed frequently while driving on Rt.29 but had never visited. From the posted online reviews I wasn't sure if this store would be suitable for young kids (aged 2 and 4), or was primarily a place for adults to find retro collectable items.

So, while my family waited in the car, I popped into the place to check it out before unloading the kids. I voiced my concerns to the friendly man (Matt) at the register, and he took a few minutes to show me around the store at the options available for young children. When I asked if it would be a problem if the kids were fairly hands-on exploring and playing with some of the items, he said no - it was a toy store after all, and to be expected.

We decided to give it a try, and are glad we did. The kids really enjoyed browsing, and ultimately found two good sized vintage trucks (one Lionel brand new in box, another used but in excellent condition) which they have been playing with non-stop. Much cooler toys then they would have found at Target. I enjoyed seeing so many toys from my childhood as well.

There have been several reviewer comments about high prices. While we were not shopping for any high-demand collectible items, I thought the prices were reasonable, and was impressed that the little bit of pocket money the kids had to spend got them such nice toys. Matt also gave my kids a surprise at the end of the visit, which was extremely kind as well.

Great selection and very helpful staff. I was there during free comic book day weekend and amazing deals met with friendly service and I have been recommending this place to everyone.
