The staff at this store is exceptional!!! They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They greet the customer with a smile and make the customer feel important.

Daniel knows his shipping rates on pat. I asked how much It would cost to ship a small package to CA he ball parked $13. It was $13.40, man is on point! Very professional, helpful and patient, 10 star service for a 5star limit! Definitely a return customer!

Went into the store and the employees wasted no time in getting my needs taken care of. They provided the best service in a timely and efficient manner. I will defiantly be coming here again the future. I am so happy that this store has opened up near me.

excellent customer service. knows how to prioritize when there is a line of people waiting to be serviced. does passport picture, fingerprinting, notary in addition to the usual ups shipping. so glad this place opened.

My first time going to this new ups store. WOW! the service is just excellent and like no other place. The interior of the store is breathe taking. I definitely will be coming back. The owner of the store, Thanki knows what he is doing!!

These guys were so friendly! It was near the end of the work day so they could have been tired and grumpy but they were happy and helpful. Great experience.

Website and store front both say the shop is open on Sundays. It wasn't on June 9, checked at 10am and 2p.. Have also come other times when it was supposed to be open but was not.

Once inside, staff is fine and never had any issues. Just wish they were open during their posted hours.

The wait is unacceptable. I have had to wait over 15min to get any assistance. They only had one employee. That who spent to whole time helping a customer with a passport.
