Dean & Son Plumbing removed my old hot water heater and installed a new one. Alice gave me a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the job (over the phone) and Justin showed up on time, did an excellent job with the removal and installation. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

We discovered a blockage in our kitchen drain. We called Dean & Sons and Justin arrived within the hour and the blockage was removed. All personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you. We are certainly recommending you to all our friends and family.

Justin came out February 17th and realized the shower job was more than he had anticipated. Then, he looked at our upstairs shower and told us what to do to check for the leak. He rescheduled for the following week to come out and fix both showers. Justin fixed our downstairs shower and fixed our shower/tub combo drain upstairs within about 2 hours. The cost for doing both jobs were inexpensive for us and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost. Both things were about $200. Definitely will do business with them again. All new PEC pipes were installed under my older house - requested by the seller. Also a new line from the street to the house was installed in order to past house inspection. The work was done by Dean and Son. A month later, we were questioning if they had forgotten to upgrade an outside faucet pipe. Justin from Dean and Son, arrived two days later and explained what and why about this particular pipe was left that way. Anyway....we appreciated his expertise and explanation. He installed a new outside faucet (which he did not have to do). When someone does right by me, I am always happy to report on their web site. Great customer service. There are many old houses on my street that need this kind of work and I would certainly have no reservation on recommending Dean and Son for any work of this nature. Thank you JUSTIN.

Simply the best. I've used them for any plumbing issues over the last 15 years, and I am never disappointed. And, their price is below what my neighbor recently paid for exactly the same service.

Friday night at 4 pm discovered a water leak at the main shutoff outside the house. Luckily called and Aaron the technician was finishing another call before heading home. Came right over and made the repair. Great attitude even for that late on the last day of the week . Kudos to Aaron and Dean & Sons for prompt and user friendly service .

I had a problem with my septic tank, which Dean had installed years ago. He obviously takes pride in his work and he promptly came out to assess the problem. He quickly went to work and corrected the issue. If I ever need plumbing work in the future, I'll be calling him.

Nothing but great things to see about Dean and Son. They are very responsive and prompt and have gone above and beyond to make us happy! You never want to need a plumber, but I'll definitely be calling them if I have any future issues.

I had a problem with the toilet in master bedroom. Dean and Son responded quickly and fixed the problem. The plumber who came to the house and the lady who scheduled the service call were both very nice and represented the company well. I'm sorry I didn't get their names to publicly thank them!

Please be aware of the Company. They promised me they would
perform Sewer Replacement and was told repeatedly the work
would be completed within 2 weeks. Called again in 2 weeks and
was told they were behind and would get to me as soon as they
could. After another 10 Days, called and talked to Cindy and She
informed me that Mr. Dean had decided that he would not fulfill his
agreement with me and to go find someone else. This Company is a
Joke and is not a Professional Company. My advise to
anyone looking at this Company to do Business with,
is do not waste your time like I did.

They did plumbing on Pearson built home. It's been leak after leak after leak after leak. It's not just my house, but many of my neighbors have also had leak after leak after leak (also Pearson built homes). They also erroneously placed guest bathroom toilet too close to the wall. It's going to cost me over $1,000 to get it fixed. I do not recommend this company.
